Was that a two cycle? A friend had an old Saab and he mixed gas and oil.

Mine was one of these:

Wish I still had it.

Found it without an engine. Stuck the slant 4 in it, instead of the V4.

It had a freewheeling transmission.

Best. Snow. Car. Ever.

It rusted out in the wheel wells at the transaxle.

Still heartbroken.

My Dad had a Saab Story when I was a kid. Had to mix oil in with the gas. Some kid at the gas station didn't believe it so he didn't put the oil in. Saab Story died never to live again. :)

Beat me to it one more time, General.

This model was probably available, at one time, with a two stroke engine, but they phased it out by the time I owned it.

That particular model was sold with a v4 fourstroke.

My '06 Jeep Liberty doesn't have a spot of rust on it. If the vehicle is brand new, they guarantee it for life if you take it back every 25,000 miles or 3 years for a $25 touch-up. They don't drill holes in the doors, they take them apart. They also tell you to park it somewhere that doesn't matter for two weeks due to the rustproofing oozing out of the door handles and around the vehicle. They are the best.

Great article, thanks! Jackie complains of this from time to time. I eat a dill pickle everyday and seems to work.
I have to start drinking Pickle juice :?:
I'm dehydrated all the time and being told that Pickle juice will help

My first was a 1970 VW convertible that I received in 1971. My father bought it new. I just bought an iPhone+Apple case that at list is more than the Volkswagen was. One reason he gave the car to me was his car phone took up the entire trunk of the VW.

I never had a car phone but I had one of the first 'cell' phones for my job with a teen crisis line. The phone and battery pack weighed 40 lbs, lol. Had a small service area and 'roamed' a lot. Seemed to always get a call when I was at a service counter/checkout and other customers would get so annoyed and give me disgusting looks because I had to stop what I was doing to answer it.
