So I got the Riftcore tanks on Tuesday
mail-happy-smiley.gif
and been using the Duo none stop since.
gas-mask-smiley.gif

First impressions, Duo is a sharp looking tank, a lot of vapor but a little muted flavor<--(I'll Get back to that)
unsure.gif

Solo doesn't look at good and flavor seems even more muted. :(
The cheapest place when I ordered was MVS, and they were sold out of Black Duo
So I got a Blue one which doesn't look good on my Black Dani mini
pleurmouche.gif

Being 26mm, neither the Solo nor Duo, look good on my Radius
P3 ring leaves a big gap around the bottom of the tanks.

Back to the muted Flavor,

I think the cotton that comes with it is the blame.
shedidit.gif

It seemed the more I vaped, (on both Tanks) the more flavor I would get.
two-in-one-smiley.gif

But still, a flavor like when you make your juice,
lollipop2-smiley.gif
but something is
missing-smiley.gif

Can cotton go stale
ask.gif

It's not muted enough that I don't like it, it's just so close I think it can be fix some how
construction.gif

I got some good Japanese cotton and I'm going to try that when I change it out
stupido2.gif

I like the Duo and will be keeping my eye out for a Black Duo for my Dani.
I think it's a nice tank, but don't want to pay over $30 for it.

When I got home tonight, I noticed that half of the gutter on the north side of the house has fallen off. :( Not good timing, it was a seamless gutter that was installed about 10 years ago. I have no idea who installed it, it was done threw a roofing contractor paid for by an insurance claim. The worst part about this, is starting at about 4:00 AM, it is supposed to start snowing, and is going to keep snowing for the next 14 hours or so. Then the temp is going to drop to around 5 degrees. I picked a gutter company to call next week, I assume that they still work in this weather.

Sorry to hear that, KAS. I have had horrible luck with contractors in my area and even had a court case which I won but no way to make them pay up, apparently. I did put a lien on the owner's home but who knows when that will ever pay off. I hope you have good luck. I learned a valuable lesson and will always get everything in writing, very spelled out of exactly what they will do for how much for any work done in the future. I had issues with another contractor but I refused to pay for things they did not do so that sort of worked out.

On a positive note, thanks to a wonderful Provarinati member, I now have another GMZ and I am so happy. Thank you, thank you @ENAUD

Its just part of home ownership, stuff happens. It is not really catastrophic of anything, just looks like crap is all. The contractor I bookmarked is a family owned company, that has been around for 40 years, and it is just one 40 ft run. If it ends up being to much, I will pull the rest of it down myself, and have it replaced later. I don't really want to do that if it is only 5 outside though.

Congrats on the GMZ, my favorite finish. :)

Seamless gutters isn’t exactly a DIY project either.

I have packages! As yet unopened (the husband) although I have NO CLUE how he slept through my "early awakening, I was dropping stuff and falling over and stuff (it happens that way some days) but it was LOUD.

In any case I am excited to see what's inside although I have been experiencing RTA setup/ FAILURE. Even on e of my Siirens is down it lots a grub screw and I have spent oh way too much time trying to screw in it's little replacement.

Grub screws are cruel, if you ask me. They should not be removable replicable but t guess I can add things to the pile concerning "atomizers I am currently unable to set up LOL.

Oh I watch squirrels alright. I watch the furry vermin rat like creatures disguised in a fluffy tail with all the energy I can.

Those things, they're fast. Totally unpredictable TOO. I mean, you know what a rat is gonna do (try to bite your baby, or something) but like squirrels, you just NEVER know.

    Anna

I'm sorry, they aren't cute and fluffy either, just rats without the scaly tail. The rat tail is unfortunate but give me a rat any day of the week enclosed in my dorm room. Seriously. LOL.

I can deal with squirrels, even better when the dying oak tree in our yard comes down. It's those damn chipmunks that are my nemesis. I'm fighting with a burrow developing into an eternal underground condo complex under one corner of the garage.
