Of course not. I wouldn't offer to do that. Sending it to me to check out serves two useful purposes. 1) I can ensure there isn't anything wrong with the atty. 2) you can inspect the build when you get it and learn from it. I often throw in a bunch of extra coils you can use. Considering a coil can last for months a handful of coils go a long way. I also send a handful of pre-cut wicks so it gives you an idea how big to make them. Thanks, but i can't just send it to you each time i need to re-wick.. :/

Makes no matter to me. The offer stands if you want it. Hate to see you struggling with it when so many have sworn by the KFL.

I switched to rayon years ago, it doesn't seem to wick the same as cotton; to me anyway.
Thanks for that,@RadiusNick - I don't know if anyone's done this yet, and will apologize if they have - and I'll also apologize for the horrid coil, but it's been running for a couple of weeks now.
I just keep my wicking as simple as possible (similar to my brain, actually!).
3.0 diameter, 28g coils. Enough KGD cotton (my preference) to fit through. I cut it just enough to drop to the deck (no twidding, playing with it, or ANYTHING). I just wet it up, drop it down, and lightly press it up against the wall.
Chimney on, and vape. Short, sweet, NOT fancy, and quite ugly as time goes by (as evidenced below).
I don't know if this will help, but I hope it does (at least somewhat).
We hit and miss for a bit too, but once we got a groove, it got very easy. I can do it now while talking on the phone, and in a very short time. The early THINKING is what I found to be messing me up. Once I stopped doing that, it just started hitting every time. I figured if I did one that failed, I'd pull it out and re-do it.
That's almost unheard of now, only one year later (we were late bloomers to the game, and only driven to do it by the FDA).
STILL loving my blister-pack coils too.

since this guy says not to press them against the wall.
thanks for the offer but I'll have to pass since I'm not located in the US and not a big fan of sending my Kayfun overseasOf course not. I wouldn't offer to do that.
