here are pics, but as i said;it sits flush with 510 adapter but not with the outer ring, so it's not a tank 510pin length issue.View attachment 640547 View attachment 640549

Looks like the adapter is upside down. That taper in your second pic should be against the mod. If the other side of the adapter doesn't have grooves and is not tapered on the edges then you got a flawed adapter. Frankly though the groves are not needed anymore since tanks stopped using bottom airflow. Try flipping it over first. I'll post some pics in a bit to show you what I mean.

yes 'i'll contact them, but i think it's a provape QC problem here, not verifying that as both rings are fully screwed, the upper area isn't completely smooth,in short, the adapter is too long.
You do know that Provape has closed, right? The email that Ca Ike gave you is the person that provape left to do all warranty work/repairs.

both sides of the adapter have air channels, the one siding the mod has channels that don't go all the way through.
i tried putting this side in the opposite side of how it came(inverting the adapter)the issue is that tanks wont screw into it now.maybe they don't reach the threads or it's a one way threading,IDK.

The beauty ring and adapter should be flush to each other, so that does need to be handled. I didn't notice that part when I first responded, but I'll include this data anyway as it may come in handy for others.

As others have said, the length of a 510 is not standardized in the industry. The P3 has some play, but not super springy.....which IMHO is a good thing for the life of the mod and makes good connection.

If you do still have a gap after the above gets sorted out, you could just loosen the beauty ring 1/2 a turn and split the difference.

There are a few different spacer ideas that work if you want to disguise the teensy gap. I think FT has them and they are a type of skinny heat sink? @ENAUD for more data.

Hello people
i already asked my question at 'beginners forum' since i had to;
i short,i just got a radius and my tanks doesn't sit flush, there is a tiny (1mm)gap between the tank and the beauty ring due to the p3to510 connector being a bit higher than the B.ring.
they are both well tightened and the air flow channels match.
any ideas?
Did you use a coin to tighten the 510 ring?

The spare parts, I got 2-3 of each way back. Maybe somebody knows currently. Actually, if you are contacting Bill, I would ask him. But, I imagine their are other places. Crème de Vape just sold out of their Radii, but they may have parts.

Yep, This link:

If you use the beauty ring to try to hide the gap, be very careful about any twisting of the attie, some, myself included have encountered the dreaded locked attie syndrome where the different thread pitches of the 510 connector and the beauty ring create a lock nut type bond with your atomizer.

My solution to the ProVari gap has been to make spacers out of differing thickness materials, so I can snug an attie onto my mods without any gap. Some experimentation required, and they can be easily made with a circle cutter and a paper punch. Good luck! :

ohh i missed the replies above:
@Ca Ike i'll try flipping it now. but that's how it came.
@Dancing Heretik yes i know, that a third party repair man,and i guess he's in the US, so not for me.
@Frenchfry do you know where can i get spare parts?I'll search for myself any way.

As for spare parts, here is a site that has some replacement parts.. Accessories They have the P3 replacement beauty ring as well as the P3 replacement 510 connection - if I am understanding correctly, these are also for the radius. They also have replacement bottom plate screws for your radius, but that seems to be all they have replacement-wise.

your tanks seems to sit tight and flush :D
The Cabernet Red Radius has an Aspire Triton v2 & Midnight Blue has an SMOK Spirals Tank, both tanks sit flush.
The two pieces of the P3 connection is the inner 510 threaded part and the outer ring.
The inner 510 has to be put on first. Once this piece is screwed in, you should be able to lay the outer ring on top of your Radius next to the 510 threaded piece and they should be the same height.

If they are not the same height, then I would guess your 510 piece is not screwed in the whole way.
If they are flush then it's probably the tanks.
