Is Zen still around? Maybe he can be convinced to provide service and repair for some of these.

Never hurts to have options, even as dependable and reliable as the Provari is. Im getting ready to pull the trigger on a P3 Beta

i tried screwing it more but nothing,and i don't want to force it and risk damaging stuff.
i think i'll order some spares,if it fixes the issue great,if not i'll call it Good enough.
and as i was looking with a loupe i saw a small dent on the 510 pin and the red o-ring around it was a bit cracked(i hope it's an easy fix to replace the o-ring if needed)so i'll just stop looking for issues and use it as it is.
if it works...

The o-ring is relatively easy to replace. I had to replace one of mine. Here's the link from the 'closed' Radius thread.

For my taste that one is looking best. Too bad I didn't catch one. I will visit few workshops in attemp to find out if it's possible to do brozneplate on SS. When silverplate and goldplate can be done, I don't see why bronzeplate can't.
Probably can be done. Only question is the $. There were only two or three choices of Radii when I bought mine (two days before ProVape closed down). The red/bronze was an easy choice for me. Had there been a full selection to choose from I still would have got the red/bronze. I enjoy it as much now as when I made the choice. Good luck with your plating. Hope it can be done affordably.

i don't know how to multi quote,so i'll do it that way:
@WillyZee @Frenchfry1942 @Opinionated
i'll look for spares in a shop the sends to my country since provape doesn't and see if the new one fits better or try to sand down one of them.
@ENAUD
from the picture,it seems you have an over hanging adapter,same as i do.
i didn't think i'll have to cut pieces of stuff to fix a Provape device.

I forgot this little detail. Provape designed the adapter to fully mate against the top cap. One way you can tell if it's the connector or the top cap threads is to take a sharpie, mark the bottom of the adapter and screw it down. If it makes full contact the sharpie mark will show it. Honestly, it doesn't surprise me that a few slightly out of spec parts got through toward the end.

I was wondering about the QC in relation to the 510 adapter. Not that it would be intentional or anything like that. When any business undergoes significant change, things are turbulent and procedures can be less consistent. I am glad I got extra parts. I only got 2 or 3, but for much of my stock-up, I went much higher.

I do have faith.

Firstly, thanks @gnees for making me aware of this thread, especially since 99% of my other watched threads were ProVape and are now archived :toast:

with a 't', right Gneezie? ;)
:lol:

So true LOL

I'm don't think any of us will be selling our 2.5's for $200 any time soon, but they will likely start selling for much more than $29.95.

I could care less as my 12 Provaris aren't going anywhere.
I'll NEVER sell mine either!!

Cali Peeps?!?

Awesome cover of a classic song!

Lots and lots of riding.....Well, less since it's winter, but it's been a warm winter.

I've got a Yamaha R6 and a Yamaha FZ-07. I've posted a pic here before, but I think it got moderated out cuz it was off topic, ya know.

I'll try again. Here are my girls.

Yes, all girls. It's a learning experience.

I should be in Depends soon.:facepalm:
Are their name Lois and Meg ? lol

Then you are "pre-reverted", which should not be confused with what @AstroTurf and @gnees are.

Neither of my kfl clones fit without a gap on my R's. Apparently the 510's are a tad too long. As a matter of fact, I don't have anything that fits flat without a gap.

That's kind of odd since they fit perfectly on the 2.5 with P3 tops. Isn't it (weird)?
