Hahaha.. I have to say y'all men are so funny! So, I got two silpat baking mats in the mail today, and hubby asked what I got, so I showed him my silpats and told him I couldn't pass up the price because they are normally 25.00 each but I hit a sale for two for 25.00.

He looks at me all shocked and said "Well somebody saw ya'll cooks coming didn't they?" Then he affects a deep deep mountain drawl, and said "Well here's a piece of rubber, what are we gonna do with it Frank?" " I know what to do with it! We'll make it look like a place mat and sell it for 25.00 a piece! Them there cooks will buy that ### up Sally!"

Hahaha.. men, I swear, they have no understanding!

Yeah it is.. we have elk here at the top of the mountain, two herds of them. Love seeing them.. they are beautiful!
