the following is a copy paste from a page I found on internet archive wayback:

This device can be updated at home on a Windows 7, 8, 10 PC and OS X 10.11 or newer. Please download the software and instructions with the provided link. Please note that you should install the software first before plugging your Radius into the computer's usb port.

Radius Version 19 (upgrade from 18) - The following changes were implemented in Version 19:

Charge Indicator - You can now set the led to light up blue when plugged in and charging. Once the device reached a full charge, the LED will turn off. This can also be turned off.

Manual Menu Mode - The manual menu mode allows the user to manually control the menu by advancing the icons using the plus/minus buttons and using the main button to select.

Minor Bug Fixes

Radius Version 20 - This update fixes a bug that was introduced in the previous version where sleep mode was not working. Sleep mode conserves battery energy when the device is not being used.

Radius Version 26 (40 Watt model) (07/19/2016) - This version incorporates several bug fixes and improvements to the previous version to include: Battery meter adjustments, increase accelerator scroll speed, changes to the end of charge detection, slimmer battery icon, bug fixes.

Radius Version 40cc (40/60 Watt model) - This is a optional software update you can install on your Radius which contains Coil Control. Note: Version 40cc contains everything that is in Ver 26, but with the added Coil Control functionality.

CC - Coil Control - This software allows you to change from watts mode to 'Coil Control' mode. In Coil Control mode, you can select the type of coil you are using and the software will control the heat to the coil to prevent burning.

Quick Start Guide available here - Link

P3 Update

To locate a reseller near you with a programmer please visit our Store Locator or contact ProVape Customer service for details on updating. If a store near you does not have a programmer, you always have the option to send the device to ProVape. Updates are done the day they arrive so we will provide quick turn service.

The following changes were implemented in Version 38:

Support for .5 ohm tanks - The P3 now supports tanks at .5 ohms.

Low Battery Alert - When the device gets down to 18% left in the battery, the light will slowly flash yellow to alert you that it's getting low.

CheckAll (1 second) - The CheckAll feature now has the option to set it to 1 second. This allows for a quick look at your settings without leaving the display on for 5 or more seconds.

Battery Filtering - We have added some additional battery filtering to help with some problems reported by users saying the battery was empty when there was still energy left. Having the new spring and making sure all your connections are clean and tight is still what will fix this, but extra filtering will also help.

Various bug fixes

Money Saved Counter - This new feature allows you to set the price of a pack of cigarettes and the P3 will keep track of: How many cigarettes avoided, puff count, and how much money you have saved on cigarettes, based on the amount you set per pack. Every time you vape, this will keep track of your stats for these categories.

P3 Software Update V40 Now available.

We recommend that all P3 devices upgrade to the latest version.

This release has the following improvement:

Battery management improvements and bug fixes.

Manual Menu Mode. This mode allows you to select Auto or Manual for the menu scrolling. When in Manual mode, you can control the menu by short and long presses.

You know, I bought me a JAC Series B with the DNA 75. It was my first temp control mod. I got around to playing with it and now I use it in temp control mode all the time. I have a 60W Radius with Ver. 40. I should play around with their coil control feature. Not sure how they designed it. Seems like it sort of does what the DNA does by detecting the coil material and then they give you 9 temp presets (as opposed to an actual temperature). Does anyone here use the coil control feature?

Yes. I actually read it a few times when the upgrade was first released. I guess I thought it was kind of funky so I never monkeyed with it. But I think I will now.
I had similar thoughts when I read it, and decided to not load the CC Ver on my Radius. If I'm going to try TC I'll just use a DNA device. There was some banter in the Radius thread on the ProVape sub forum, but it would be difficult to parse out those posts. I don't recall a whole lot of discussion regarding their CC from users, and IIRC, the Beta testers took their discussion off line...

I use my Radius still, albeit not much. If I'm going to use it I may as well see if this coil control is worth a crap or not. Who knows, I may like it. It's loaded so what the heck.

Here’s an oddity.
My P3 classic that was built by Provape when they were closing has version 36.
Would have thought it would have the most recent version !
I got most of mine from Provape during their last few months and they all had different versions on them. I just assumed that they were clearing out older stock and didn't have time to be running updates on everything before it went out the door. I went ahead and updated all of them to Ver. 41 while I still could.

If you think you might want to update anything, I would see if you have a local vape shop that used to sell Provape products or ship it to Zen at House of Hybrids before the server with the software is shut down forever. Bill might be able to update, but some of the chatter here sounds like he is pretty busy with repairs right now. From what I could tell from trying to use them, the Radius program and the programmer tools for the tube mods only gave access to the software on the server, the actual software was never downloadable.

The biggest gripe I had with the older versions was not being able to manually scroll and to toggle between volts/watts. The volts/watts was mostly a convenience thing to make it easier to swap tanks between different mods and to know about where to set things for each tank and coil.

I was wondering about the V41, because all my P3's are V40, even the ones I bought at the end during the closeout.

FWIW, mine are V41. I think I had all of them updated before the end. I remember sending my P3s back a lot.

If one bought the update device, which I did, then it came with all the software on a USB drive. Having said that, I've never tried it.

The software was similar to the Radius software that you could download. Provape sent it to me after my updater arrived without the USB drive. After you install the software, your PC/updater connects to the Provape server to do the update in the same way the Radius update worked. In my case, there is a conflict between the Provape programs and my computer, so I could never run any of the updates myself. Provape was kind enough to let me return the P3/Procyon update equipment for a refund. All of my Radii and tube mods had to make the trip to Provape or Bill to get their updates done.

I used it to update Two of my p3s.

I keep hoping someone will host the update site somewhere.
