Glad to hear your having success so far. The procedure‘s been around for years. It started as a treatment for retinal cancer. The shots didn’t help me and we stopped them after four months. I’ve talked to people that have been getting the shots regularly for over a year. Important thing is your vision may well be saved. Nothing more important than that.

I am not positive, but I think it was around 8 days from when I noticed the problem, to the time it was diagnosed, and 2 more days, when I got the first shot. I did not really let very much time pass at all, so I think I caught it early. The fact that I am now on blood pressure meds might also be helping.

Aprox 2 to 2 1/2 hours ago my McAfee software, just quit working on this Win 10 computer, still have the subscription till next year. What a pain, the comp did not come with any installation disc's. It took me quite some time to figure out how to uninstall it and then reinstall it. What a PIA that was, I liked the old days when you have a disc for everything. I lucked out when I found the link was saved in my gmail account, to access my account. :-x

So I'm all set to send my minis to Bill. Two things I found out through our correspondence: the service charge went up to $30'"; he doesn't have any more new circuit cards for 2.5s. He can usually repair existing ones…if he can't we're out of luck :(

He also has some extension rings for $10 (I'm buying one) and springs for $2.

Uh, meeting your insurance out of pocket costs is NOT generally "the bright side." Especially if you have one that needs endless buckets to be "filled" or just doesn't really have one.

I am especially not looking forward to calling Allstate (my husband's insurance co when he broke his neck the first time, and now, thanks to that I am "banned" from them for life, for being one of the "Mr. A" family members, LOL) and letting them "know" that his neck fusion is crumbling and we will probably need what is "left" from the million dollar policy, and likely traveling out of state to somewhere decent, and etc.

If I envy one thing in this world, it's not money (we always seem to manage) it's not fame (being famous probably sucks, IMO) but good health.

There is nothing more precious, and I find it hard to "look on the bright side" as I pay off my own monstrous (uninsured) denture debt. It's a sad freaking world when the only medication that made me "normal" required the removal of 24 teeth, bone shaving, at 33 and ten years later, lets just add another 15K to the bill since I can't chew anymore and etc.

The only bright side to health issues is NOT dying, IMO, and honestly, sometimes even that doesn't feel so great.

Sorry for the gloom. I think I'll vape a bit. LOL.

Yep, time is the critical factor for sure. Hoping you continue to have great success

I'm amazed at my own stupidity, I bought three 50ml bottles of three different 0 nic eliquids, all in 60ml bottles. I first put the liquids and the nic in three 120ml bottles to mix them. Whilst decanting the liquids into smaller bottles, I inadvertently mixed the flavours. My sense of taste has deteriorated, as has my sense of smell, probably age and smoking related. The end result is I haven't a clue what I'm vaping. This prompted a brilliant plan!
I have read quite a few times of vapers who vape unflavoured eliquid and I think I'll give it a try. First though, I ask advice of any of you who vape unflavoured. My guess is I only have to mix VG & PG to my preferred ratio and add the requisite amount of nic. Am I correct and do I need to steep it before using.

P.S. I won't be adding any beans.

From what you said you did, I have noooo idea. but, the Nic content Is a part of the whole. You can't just mix 50ml of PG & VG and, then add 3ml of Nic, thinking you have 3% Nic juice.

The correct way is 48.5 PG, 48.5 VG, and 3 Nic. That is 3% Nic. And, it needs to be well mixed. Not necessarily steeped.

Maybe I missed that paragraph.

I know @ENAUD uses non flavored, I am sure he can help. I have always used a e-juice calculator (e-juicemeup) for all my mixing. I have never tried unflavored, always thought about it. I figured at some point I would get burned out on flavors and then I would try it, but I still like my flavors. I know in my calculator it would figure it all out for me, just leave out the flavoring, I would do it for you but that is on another computer.

In my experience, there is no need to steep unflavored.
The "goodness" of unflavored varies depending on your nic and to some extent on the quality of the Pg/Vg, IMHO. I do enjoy it, but not exclusively.
