Found out this morning at the vet that my Mason dog, 7 years old in September, will have to be neutered next week and a tumor removed. I think the best I can hope for right now is that doc gets good margins and after surgery, the tissue comes back benign. Maybe why I wasn't focused on cooking. Oh well, at least it was still good

Well my 18350 vapcell bats arrived today. They Are about 1mm longer than they should be and will not allow Provaris to screw all the way in. Not ok with me so I'm returning them.

EDIT: I just bought the last 8 xtar IMR 18350 from Amazon. They ship from a company called Progressive and get this. If I bought them directly from that company shipping would be $15, but from Amazon thru the same company it's $9!

2nd EDIT: from doing some research it appears that protected bats are all a tiny bit longer...something to do with the extra circuit?...but the IMRs are the size we are used to. At least that's how I understood it. Correct me if I'm wrong. It was so simple when AWs were available.

Quite some time ago ProVape was selling another battery that had was touted for longer run times that was a hair long. So, they shipped them with a thin clear (well, colorless, but kinda milky) to take up the slack. Worked great and was hardly noticeable.

Ok, once and for all, for my notes. What are the button top 18350, 18490 and 18650 batteries y'all have come up with that won't leave a gap in the Mini and Regular V2's and V2.5's, with/without extended cap?

In the veterinary profession it is a well known fact that un-neutered male and female dogs can end up with cancer lster in life. Prodtste for the boys, mammary gland for the girls. I cannit tell you how many clients we had in my 18 years at a vet clinic that got the bad news.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Mason. The good news with most our patients was that when caught early (and most of them were) the dogs went on to live a normal life. And just as in humans it's a very slow growing cancer.

BTW I asked my doctor once if thst prostate cancer thing was also true for human males and she said that, yes, if a human male lives long enough the same holds true.

I'll do a lot of things to remain healthy, but neutering isn't on the list. Now that I think of it, I need a Do Not Neuter order on file in case I become incapacitated while my wife isn't happy with me. You never know...
