Thank you for posting this, it is a good reminder to all of us. I teach a class of middle and high school girls at my church. We are on break now for the summer but I will be sharing this with them when we start back in September. I am always trying to look out for advice to help keep them safe in today's messed up world.

Copied, pasted, sent to daughter and wife.
I am so very glad this is useful to you. :wub:

I am going to bet that is correlation, not causation. When I was a smoker, broccoli was LAST on my list of things to accomplish. Well, I guess there could be SOME cause, now that I taste things once more and etc., well I eat healthier, plus I have more energy and whatnot and am more willing to bother to eat.

As a smoker, breakfast was like a pack of smokes and a lot of coffee, which stretched into lunch and I'd start eating around 4 p.m., my meals weren't "well planned" especially toward the end there.

But seriously, it does make sense to me in the sense of, "I am going to ignore this concept called HEALTH period." You really HAVE TO as a smoker, to smoke at all successfully. LOL.

* Winner Chicken Dinner *
French Onion Chicken with Arugula Salad, Tomatoes and Sherry Vinaigrette ... Everybody loves French onion soup and here's a way to incorporate those flavors into a delicious chicken dinner. Onions caramelized in sherry wine and Swiss cheese top a beautifully seared chicken breast before being melted to perfection in the oven. Bon Appetit

I especially found this most interesting: "For vapers concerned with any potential vaping health risks, consuming less e-liquid with a higher nicotine concentration is likely the safer choice."

I've been vaping 6mg nic for about 2 years. I tried for lower and I ended up chain vaping. Every few months I record the date when I start a fresh batch of 30mls juice and the date I finish it then calculate how long it took me to vape it. If the above statement is true maybe I should up my nic and try to vape less. But I won't try that because I know I'll vape just as much because that hand-to-mouth is all important to me. I either vape as much as I do or I would munch…and gain weight.

In my early days of vaping and being on ECF people regularly talked about finding their "sweet spot". That seemed to mean the combination of flavors, nic and equipment that fit your personal needs and style. I wish more vapers were encouraging each other to celebrate finding what works versus suggesting changing a winning combination.

I'm happy for you finding your sweet spot! Everything else is just noise.

* Orzo they say *
Sirloin Steak with Pesto Butter, Cacio e Pepe Orzo and Pan Roasted Carrots ... Creamy is the name of the game in this dish. I'm not even talking about the herbaceous pesto butter, although every bite of the steak married to that melted, marvelous topping has me bursting with joy ... bursting! No, it’s the orzo, rich, buttery, cheesy and peppery, that I'm shoveling by the mounded forkful. Steak meals this perfect don't come along every day. Bon Appetit

You should find low battery on/off in the menu: SET > LED > BATT

P3 version 41 firmware release has the following improvements:

Battery management improvements and bug fixes.
Profile memory loss after battery removal fixed. Some users reported losing their settings when removing the battery.
Low Battery Alert On/Off option added.

Thanks.
Is there a revised manual that includes the ver 41 update ?
