Our guys are local movers, so I have no clue. However, they are charging us for just moving and driving our stuff 1300 bucks. It seems cheap to me but, we, I mean the husband has done most of it already. It is super way cheaper if you pack up yourself.

1500 square foot house plus 2 sheds that were just crammed full. But it's only about 120 miles.

I'm disgraceful I don't even know our new address yet. LOL.

Even I know not to do that... Now.

LOL true story I ordered some stuff from Paypal and I had not used paypal in Some Time. So, I had my OLD address there and since I knew the owners I trotted over there and like, they had been returned to sender.

So I worked it out with everyone except Gear Best. I was willing to pay for shipping again too. But, it was in their terms of service that if you mess up on your address, it is your fault and not their problem.

Which WAS fair enough, but it is also the reason I NEVER use Gear Best, EVER. They could have a diamond encrusted Radius for sale for 100 bucks and I would not do it (okay, that's potentially a lie, but it's also a hypothetical so I will go with it).

EVERYONE else was super nice.

GEAR BEST, you suck.

That is how I learned it was important to read terms of service, and also how I learned (again once more) that my ADHD can suck.

It is also how I learned that Gearbest... They don't play nice. So I don't play with them. Also it is ALSO true that I have learned Fasttech is awesome, and they're usually better, quicker, and cheaper.

Was a nice spring day, had a 35 mile ride up to the Falls Of Nuese flood control dam at the trail head. Lot's of folks out walking and riding the trail today. I only got passed by one cyclist the entire ride, it was at about 30 miles into my ride...I had just taken a short rest and started up again when the other cyclist overtook me on a climb. I tried to pour on the gas but my legs were just not up to the task, I was burnt out and watched as the other cyclist steadily kept piling on the lead.

The dam was really cool with the sunshine and tons of water boiling out of the spillway, I hiked my bike up the steep embankment and had a little ride along the top, I just love visiting these earthen dams, they are fascinating pieces of engineering.

Thinking of attempting a 54 mile ride to raise funds for Alzheimer's relief aid, I've got till April 11 to get the $ and June 22 will be the ride...more training to do.

This made me smile. :)

KAS

Two tales showing that all animals don't like music:

I had a friend who had two Afghan Hounds, they would sit attentively/bored listening to me singing and playing guitar until I hit an F⁷ and then they started howling like banshees.

Another friend sent me a postcard whilst he was on tour in Australia, it read "I'm sitting under a eucalyptus tree singing and playing quietly, a koala bear just crapped on my head, must be a music lover"

Just as in the human world, tastes differ.

I'm still here on ECF... sort of. ;)

FTFY, kasdahlink.

Did he sell his total gym?

(since you've been handing out so many lately, I figured you might need one.) ;)

IMHO, the P3 top is a step down from the original ProVari... looks nice but will never outlast the beveled tops of the v2.0 or v2.5

I truly believe a ProVari v2.5 will be the last vape vaping

START A THREAD!!!!!

Thanks, CMD, but I must admit that it was stolen (at least partially) from La Kreative KD. ;)

NICE!!! :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

Mille grazie, caro mio. <blush>

Before we got our own dog, the kid next door was always walking his two dogs down our sidewalk and letting them crap in our grass. I said something about it to him, in a nice way of course. His Great Grandfather and my Grandfather were Cousins, we have the same last name so it's cool. I was in the military so I call everyone by their last names. Jackie and I call each other by our last names (yes, she has mine) so it's a real hoot when we go next door for a bar-b-q, Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner and I want to get someone's attention. EVERYONE looks when I call their name! Lol ANYWAY... I made him a copy of Aerosmith's first CD because of this song, "Walkin' The Dog." :thumb:

We've always got a bunch of squirrels in our yard, along with rabbits (young & old). The squirrels don't torment the dog too much. They'll usually bolt away fairly quickly, as do the baby bunnies.

There are a couple of elders though, who clearly take great fun in messing with Little Orphan Annie. She gets really sneaky, thinks she's got them tracked, and when she gets within just a couple of feet, they bound away.

The funny part is that they only move out about 5 or 6 hops, then wait for her to "sneak up" again. This will go on for 3 or 4 cycles before the rabbits finally take off and out of reach.

I swear I can hear them laughing too.
Yeah, ya know, Steel actually leaves the rabbits and cats alone. He just sits there and watches them. It's only the squirrels he wants to destroy. I wonder where he gets that from?
