Don't use a chainsaw much but they sure are handy when you need them. I have a corded electric 18" chainsaw I picked up at Lowes a few years ago. Seem to find a way to use it a couple of times a year and it's been flawless. Electric is convenient and don't worry about a gas burner chainsaw gunking up or something with limited use. Really enjoyed using that electric chainsaw. I also have a corded Sun Joe SWJ802E 9FT 6.5 Amp Electric Pole Chain Saw with adjustable head. That thing is SA-WEET !!! Love it, but of course a pole saw can only do so much.
EDIT: Also have the pole saw attachment for the Troy Bilt but the light weight grab and go Sun Joe has kicked the Troy Bilt pole saw to a wall in the shed.
