I hear 'd-Var ... like the w is silent. I guess the character in WoW is Dwarf. Only those crazy Hungarians would name it Dvarw. But how do you name an atomizer anyway? ... it is what it does.
... I will say the o-rings on the Dvarw Style are not of the highest quality, but that's a pretty common thing with atomizers off the slow boat. And the steel ... sure it will last forever ... but who knows from where if comes or what that steel was in perhaps a previous life. Just hope it's not radioactive. DOH
The KHW site is confusing. Apparently since last November, they only sell the Dvarw MTL deck and you have to buy the tank separately. Not only does that make the atomizer VERY expensive, tanks aren't easily found on the site. And the tanks that ARE listed are said to be for the DL deck. Will those tanks work on the MTL deck? Is there a difference in the chimney size or something between the MTL and DL tanks? ... dunno
In spite of the name and availability issues and besides all that, this atomizer is working out quite well and I'm thoroughly enjoying it ... for now anyway.

The MTL is 22mm and the DL is 24mm for one thing. I suspect the passages in the base are much different but don't know that as a fact. They are different enough that the airflow restrictor inserts can't be interchanged between the sizes. And obviously, neither can each the tanks.
Again, they take a different approach. Their rationale for making the deck-only option was due to a lot of confusion when they'd make a drop. There are 3 different tank capacities/heights - nano, medium, and large. They said whatever they put up for sale, there was a lot of complaining about "no, I want the other size."
Since the thing got so popular, about the only use for the site day to day is in whatever accessories haven't sold out. So what's listed at random times is definitely limited until they load whatever they've been able to make. I have them impression they're a very small shop so they work in batches - one week might be MTL, one week 16mm, 5ml tanks one week and 3.5 ml another.
They usually restock on Friday evenings at 6pm their time, which at least in the Central time zone is 11am as they are 7 hours ahead. Modify that as needed for other time zones. You'll see a lot of things appear during that time.
The weekly inventory doesn't last long; when I bought mine things were in stock for a couple of hours, and now I understand it's a matter of minutes. It takes being ready and not taking a lot of time to put it in your cart and check out. But at least it's not seconds (or nanoseconds) like some other sites with in-demand devices.

Wicking in the Dvarw. I'm trying Cotton Bacon 2, Muji and Rayon (Graham Beauty)
Currently running Rayon. Was the last one to try.
Rayon wicks best but I like the taste least (chemical taste)
Cotton Bacon wicks almost as good as Rayon and tastes less obnoxious but I still find a hint of "chemical" for some reason.
Muji doesn't wick as well as Cotton Bacon but I like the taste best (more organic and not chemical in any way).
I'll give Rayon a few hours. If the taste doesn't improve at least after a refill ... back to cotton. And if I'm stuck on cotton, think I'll order some Koh Gen Do to try ... but don't know how much difference it will have over Muji.
