I need help, please. What are the white bits in this atty package (on the right by the dt)? Also, it fires fine with the 510 pin but nothing with the BF pin. What am I doing wrong?
That is from fasttech right? The site does not tell you what is all included with it? I have only ordered a few things from them, I think just some bottles, and wicking material. The regular pin makes contact on your squonker, but the BF pin on the same devise does not? If that is the case that is bizarre.

And speaking of Google ... @rosesense , I have NO idea what that is a picture of. SOooo I Googled the image to try and find out without asking outloud. AND got 25 billion results in less than 2 seconds. Google determined it's a "Water Bottle". You be tryin' to vape a water bottle sweetheart. Might be a problem.

On the Google front:
Long long ago I was an early adopter for a cell phone (Nokia, of course) and signed up for ATT's One Rate plan. It offered essentially free coast to coast calling. At the time it was unthinkably great for something like that to be offered. I was traveling a bunch at the time and had been paying ludicrous amounts of money in roaming (anything 30 miles away from my home) charges.
This was also the time of Microsoft being as evil as possible. They would have ruled everything but didn't pay enough attention to that new, non-AOL online thing named the internet. By the time they realized their mistake, they only had time to buy another company's successful web browser and rename it Internet Explorer.
So after a few really expensive phones with mostly useless features, I bought the first Google phone - the Nexus. They were the anti-microsoft, the good guys. They didn't load bunches of crud on your phone that couldn't be removed.
I should note that I seldom use my phone these days. I keep it mostly for emergencies in case of car trouble, etc. So I had just the bare minimum installed on my latest Google phone. So about a year ago, I received a text message asking me to rate a Thai restaurant in town since I'd been there a couple of days before.
I found that having Google maps on my phone was an issue. Google watched where I went, saw that I stayed there for a while, and another one of their databases showed it was a restaurant. Uh, that's not being the good guy.
So that was way too creepy. My phone was getting older, doesn't have a replaceable battery, and I saw no need to replace. So I zapped every app I could find on the phone. Except most Google apps. They can't be removed. I will admit I have the fonts for a couple of dialects used in India in case I'd ever get a text from there.
So, the once solid and upstanding good guys ain't. Not now. It's a shame, but it's 2019.
I don't let Charter route my internet since they sell my browsing history. I would never touch ATT again, switched to T-Mobile who were perfect at the start but are morphing into Cell Vader every day. Stopped using Google to search and found Duck Duck Go 95% as good. But it's a losing battle I fear.

Was the problem with the BF not firing, because of a screw/smaller piece still being in there when the 510 pin was removed and when you unscrewed that and insert the BF pin, you were good to go?
After following your link, that page had a lot more info on this atty, (of course it does) and now I get the air flow tubes, and how they work. The original looks so much better than the clone also, kinda makes me want an original one now.
