If a state puts a ban on vaping,
does that mean you can not order vape items from ebay ?

OK, I'm no doubt a fool for answering with personal info available associated with me and my account here. So, big brother, come and get me.
But, I live in Massachusetts where in his infinite wisdom the governor (a Republican, but remember it's here in MA, which is as liberal as one can get) late last night or early this morning, not sure which, chose to ban ALL vaping PRODUCTS, ACQUIRED LOCALLY IN SHOPS OR ONLINE for four months, and extendable at his discretion. It was done without any notice. Clearly, the objective was to prevent any folks from stocking up.
This includes nic stuff as well as THC items (which are legal here.) I went to the local cannabis dispensary here in Northampton and they did confirm that THC cartridges which were perfectly legal and available yesterday are now verboten, and they got no advance notice. They also said it came out of the blue, and this morning had to pull the THC cartridges off their shelf and off their product list.
I decided to order some unflavored nic and a couple of my now favorite tobacco juices, when I heard about all this. I've got two shipment confirmations out of the three. Really, when you think about it, the only way to stop online orders is for the purveyor to know about and to choose to follow local restrictions.
All vape shops in MA, unless they have a goodly amount of revenue from other stuff (don't know what except for glassware for you know what) are toast. Four months at the least without decent sales and they're gonzo.

He did it referring to the recent deaths and numerous illnesses associated with vaping.
I think we know what the problem is, but they can do exactly what they want to do, because they're the government and we're the governed. Unfortunately, I'm not so easily governed.
If I did this right, here's the statement from the governor, which took me a long time to find.

Well, actually, another reason is I already swapped it (kabuki) for a SS (not glass) Army Kabuki this morning as we were going to the city today to see my pulmonologist and get lab work afterwards. I'm sure I could just take a pic of the tank but it would be kind of a hassle as I am old school. I use a camera with a memory stick and a PC.

Article V gave us an out, and was literally inserted at the last minute when the founders realized they hadn't provided us a plan IF the federals powers ever got out of control. I don't believe even they could have envisioned all the freedoms we'd give away in less than 300 years.

I thought about you when I placed (my prob last) order with MBV...it came today. 8 bottles.
I look for a flavor ban to come down any day here (IL). I've been DIY'ing forever, but always keep a few of my favs from them.

Oh, I *know* you ALL are here for me, you all have helped me every step along the way!!
I just know how it is when someone comes along (a year later) after things all get sorted out.
I'm reading back and I can look around.
I've got the classic and mini's, and then a couple Reo Grand lp.
It was just a kick in the gut for me when I saw that about AW IMR.

just took a couple pics of my 2 daily vapes... I carry these 2 Provi everywhere.

last Monday was 6 years since joining ECF... and I still vape 3.6 volts on the same 1.7 ohm coils... 7 wraps of 30ga on the little blue screwdriver

So what are you using for batteries? Still limping along on some vintage AW's? I broke down an picked up a couple P3's and Classic's for when button tops get yet even harder to source.
