Autotuned is a scourge across the land indeed. When they speed it up and you have perfect pitch forget it.

If you aren't a musician and you aren't sure like remove the vocal track and listen to the background and well, listen to all but the vocals and see if it sounds like Kabuki music. It's really depressing, yet everywhere, I'm like AUTOTUNE IT TO A KEY at least but will they? No.

Somehow its not as bad in a minor key not sure why that is, but I did make it my mission to sing that Imagine Dragons song "believer" like not quite but almost a full half key down from the song.

It's not actually possible to do so sadly not so much the key issue but NO ONE sings that fast. NO ONE.

Andy Hildebrand has a lot to answer for. Really. You can kind of mentally work around it but it takes effort.

I was referring more about Bieber and his sort of personality growth. Course, he probably did not contribute in any way to that song other than like sort of singing it.

Older music is way better. LOL. I just like to keep abreast of new developments also.

Also I send the "new music" I find to my brother and he textrs me angrily.

He was NOT happy when I sent him Miley Cyrus "Wrecking Ball" ESPECIALLY the video which. well she did it at the right plastic surgery and age. I would not dream of posting it here.

Are we sure it wasn't those meddlesome kids?

Sorry that's the only line I remember from that show and all the episodes have the same plot I think? I mean, it's good if you are at the age where you need consistency and repeatability and all that, but I remember thinking that. It will be the clearly demarcated "hidden" bad guy being hauled off saying "If it weren't for them meddlesome kids..."

Meddlesome is a good word I would like it worked into my tombstone somehow and as far as I'm concerned, it shouldn't be hard. Maybe the epitaph too.... The phrase "Eternally meddlesome."

Has a nice ring to it,

RIP, creator of smart dog with a speech impediment.

One thing about people doing covers of hit music is that there seems to be near an infinite amount of variation. Some are cringey ("poor things, they're trying so hard') and a fair amount of "not bad!" This one sat me back in my chair. At times I wondered if there was some digital trickery involved. Great song, never seems to get old.
