I am pretty new to this forum and e-cigs, but I have gotten just about everything from PureSmoker. Never had a problem, not once. To the contrary, Steve is a joy to deal with accommodating all of my "special" requests and my basic diva-ness (even though I'm a dude).

My personal opinion is that your comments in this thread are unfounded, belligerent, insulting and generally inappropriate. I may be just one person, but if you are an indication of the people at epuffer, they don't have to worry about ever getting a dime from me.

One last question for epuffer as well: Their site states the following

"ePuffer Nicotine Strength Level

(Z)ero 0mg, (L)ow 0.6mg, (M)ild 1.1, (H)igh 1.6mg, (ES)trong 2.4"

Now, in my research I have found that the comparable nicotine levels are 0mg, 6mg, 11mg, 16mg and 24mg. So do they have incorrect dosage information on their site or are they really charging that much for such low levels and ripping their customers off? Am I also too cute for you to answer this one smokey or should I say are you also going to dodge this question?

Shawn at ePuffer should recieve emails from members of the forum about what is going down with esmokey. I can't believe that a business owner would want a representative who operates in such a manner. Maybe insulting attacks are a new sales technique that I'm not aware of. From what I've read from this hack I will never buy another product from them. Thanks esmoky, well done.

Why would I care if you buy from ePuffer or any other brands? I'm not making any money on this. Instead of writing dumb comments, you should do more research and then maybe you will find out how you compare 0.6mg to 6mg, 1.1mg to 11mg, 1.6mg to 16mg and 2.4mg to 24mg. Freedom of speech is the key on this forum and internet in general, and I can write about anything I want. I don't care about Shawn, Steve, Jane, Pedro or Juan. I just tried to protect authenticity of the content on this forum, but now I know there is no point, too many zombies are crawling around here and as always consumers will have to pay for it.

I contacted Steve about my battery that was stuck "on". He was quick to reply and very helpful. He described the method of sticking a paperclip down the hole in the battery to disengage the switch. I tried it, but my battery died through the day, so a charge is necessary before (hopefully) finding the issue resolved.

Has anyone else experienced the described situation?

4) Authenticity, hahahahahaha. Right. Supplier representatives are always very authentic. I'm very sure James Bond chose Smirnoff because he loved it just oh so much.

Plus, I'm so sure that ePuffer has a paid (cash or product bro, you're paid) representative that they randomly consult for electronics information, even though he's not an employee AND their technology is exactly the same as other's.... They wouldn't, mayhaps, hire an electronic engineer for that sort of thing? If they did..I wonder if he would go around acting like he wasn't working for them... but that's just crazy talk!

We have relaxed the rules somewhat, in terms of suppliers posting outside of the suppliers forum, becuase I don't think we can really prevent suppliers commenting on their own products in response to criticisms made by users - we're kinda walking into defamation terratory there; right of reply and all that.

thanks for the reply joe.. but private PMs to u dont put the message where i intend to put it.. and its better for someone who isnt in such a delicate balance position as u to put out the message.. i dont mind offending the abusers u cannot be quite so free as i can..

it also makes the innocent a little more informed as to whats going on.. that way u can have even more faith in their intelligence to know whats what..

one other thing of interest i note is the product review section seems to be turning into a "supplier" review section..

the term "fanboys" isnt one most e cig users are aware of.. but i am.. i also know what happens when they all start having a go at each other.. throw in the defense of product argument and the results will be interesting to say the least..

I don't see how 1.1 is equal to 11 or 1.6 equal to 16 by any stretch of the imagination. I suppose if you wanted to say 1.1cg you would be correct, since that would support an equal conversion, but saying 1.1mg is indicate of someone not doing very well in elementary math. I'd suspect someone of this caliber to frequently miscount items or have trouble comprehending information.

Why would you dare to disgrace yourself so badly by posting something that outlandish in the first place if you can't even defend yourself when you decide to run back to your mouse hole? I've heard more constituted defenses from preschoolers.

I, among the many here, will assure epuffer that they will never receive any attention or money from me solely due to the actions of yourself, esmokey.

(Besides the fact that you support misinformation on your website and charge far more than some other suppliers for the same products with "scientific backing" that you don't provide, but claim to. The actions of epuffer as a business and the actions of esmokey as a representative should be taken down in the history books of one of the most inappropriately and inadequately run business in the distribution of electronic smoking devices.

I can clearly see why some of the sellers are having problems with Puresmoker.com. Take me for an example. I came to know about e-smoking last week on internet. Looked up and saw so many different brands..I had no idea what to pick or where to go. Came across this forum and found nothing but praises for puresmoker.com. How good the customer service is and the products etc.

Well so I decided to take a chance with puresmoker just based on the words posted here. Not with Janty, kissbox, e-smoker or whatever. I ordered DSE901 mini around 11:30 pm. Well later I came across a thread saying how good the pen style 4 hole atomizer is. Then I thought why not try this instead of the mini. So I sent an e-mail to Steve asking him to replace my order with pen style and this was around 12:15 am....I got a response from him around 12:45 am stating he switched it for me. Now that's what I call a genuine customer service. Within two days I received my package. And to tell you I live in NY.

So the point here is, if one gets a good customer service..everything after that speaks for itself and that does not mean that Steve is going around typing all the success stories under different user names..LOL. Well to me as a consumer...no matter what product I buy I want to see how the customer service is. Sadly today customer service is just scripted and load of bull crap with too many impatient representatives. I can say this because I worked in customer service for more than two years and I know how much patience one needs to have. Its hard to find someone who enjoys what he/she is doing in the customer service world.

What Steve has done here is opened a whole new dimension when it comes to personal touch with customers. Really top notch service which is entirely based on trust and I hope it goes on and on. Maybe the big corporate giants should take some lesson or two from him.

And as for esmoker or epuffer..your comments totally show how insecure you are with puresmoker...for me I would rather have my $$$ wasted at puresmoker than spend a single dime at businesses like e-puffer or e-smoker whatever.

I am not a fan boy of puresmoker or neither did I hated e-smoker until I came across this thread. I may buy other brands in future. My message to e-smoker as a consumer would be..the only way to compete in this market is by trying to improve your service instead of accusations ans pointing fingers.

This is my first post and I registered here to say how good the service is at puresmoker.com . Steve actually does live up to the expectations set here.

Still blazing after 6 days. I take it to and from work !!! LOL ... You should try doing it with one of the retractable USB's next time !!! Make it much easier to carry!

However, Not a single dime loss of power to date! Same atomizer still kicking away! I have noticed, they don't tend to junk up with sooooo much power getting to them! Feels like I am still smokin a virgin atty!!!
