I am really bummed out, because I bought through puresmoker after seeing overwhelmingly positive reviews about his customer service. Since receiving my starter kit and noticing that he had forgotten to include the ejuice I ordered, I have contacted him twice asking to have this item sent out and twice I have waited for a week only to receive nothing. I haven't been able to esmoke in weeks.

I take full responsibility for the screw up bud and I apologize! I included the free Regular juice and an extra pack of Marl Med Carts as well! This can't solve the last couple weeks, and the original forgotten juice, but hopefully it will keep you vaping for several weeks to come!

Schroe, thanks for the insight there. I figured I'd have to try to mix up some stuff to see what i would like, but your recommendations sound like they would be a great start. I know this will cost me a little bit, but since I have completely quit smoking real cigarettes now, I will still end up spending less doing this than regular smoking. Thanks again for the advice!

Glad to be of help. I had read rave reviews about RY4/Riskee Juice, so I ordered it, and I also had carts from Janty. I tried a cart out, liked the first few puffs, and was then almost nauseated with it. I decided to "cut" it, and I then started loving it. Taste is very personal, but I really think that you are going to find a mix in which you'll appreciate the "burnt caramel" flavor without it becoming too much (I still cannot fully describe the sensation, but you probably know what I mean).

After you find your formula, you won't be able to do without that flavor.... Good luck. And, yes, e-smoking can become more expensive than real smoking (depending on how crazy you go, and on how much real cigarette cost inyour area. In NC they cost about $3 a pack, so it's easy to spend more with e-cigs...).
 
Lilly just wanted to add her praise to Mr. CaSHMeRe for his wonderful and amazing site and more over his exemplary customer service. Have bought from him twice now (waiting for second one in the mail now) and is sure to buy from him more. Thank you again Sir for your great service and keep up the great work.

P.S. And a little off topic but have bought a few eCig things from a few different places and absolutely love the whole Asian way of thinking by the sellers with adding free stuff to new customer orders.

Well last week i read through all 29 pages here and finally decided to take the plunge!! After viewing Dustin's youtube videos on how these ecig work, how to maintain, and tips...i realize that this is the wave of the future and big tobacco better jump on board before they are outta busniess!!

As for puresmoker/Cash/Steve, i think you website is great and all the reviews plus the cost have lead me to start my e-cig journey with you!! Ordered/shipped on Friday and hoping it will be here maybe tomorrow!! Cant wait to review and add more comments.

Thanks Steve....hope you gave me some busniess cards...cuz i got a lot of questions already and i dont even have the ecig yet!! LOL

Ok, so i ordered some pee wee cartridges and an atomizer and some e-juice from steve. All of them arrived in two business days.
I ordered a dse-901b and some risky yuice medium, with an extra atomizer and some more carts monday. Let's see if he can do them by wednesday.

Even if they didn't come until monday i still wouldn't say he has bad service. The pure menthol juice (high) is really good. Really strong, but really good.
Once again, this guy will answer your questions and he is on the ball seemingly 24/7. Really nice guy too. And good prices/juice.

Does anyone know if there is any sort of a warranty offered on Puresmoker? The strangest thing happened to me 2 days ago. Both my mini batteries conked out almost at the same time! One of them refuses to switch on no matter what I do, and the other one refuses to switch off once I start inhaling - this starts overheating my atomizer and causes the vapor to taste like it's burnt. I've only had these for a little over 3 weeks now. I don't know if I'll be able to afford to keep replacing these parts every month if they keep breaking down on me. Anyone have similar experiences to share?
 
I just received 4 new batteries from Puresmoker and 3 of them are doing the same thing. My guess is that it's a faulty batch of batteries: They work but they don't work like they are supposed to. I've almost burned up a couple of atomizers. They also turn on when they are not plugged in to anything if you tip the batteries up or down. One even stays on.

I emailed Steve immediately and expect to receive a reply after the holiday weekend if not sooner.

If I were you, I'd email him from his site and discuss the issue with him. This is the first real problem I have had with anything I've received from Puresmoker.com and based on past experience and the experience of many of the forum members who have purchased from him, I believe he will do what he can to make sure you're a happy customer.

Thanks Gep, it's good to know I'm not the only one experiencing erratic performance. I emailed Cash earlier this week. He's probably busy with the Holiday weekend, so I'm crossing my fingers that I'll hear from him early next week. I can't go back to smoking real cigarettes again, so this is my only lifeline!

Email again please :)

If I don't respond in 24 hours, chances are, it got filtered out somewhere! :thumb:

Just received my first 901 from cash. Ordered some medium/low riskee yuice, apparently he was out so he sent me french pipe in the same strength instead. Kinda looking forward to trying the french pipe.
Really love the 901. Good vapor, easier draw than my super mini device, looks sexy. 3 business day delivery. Overall very happy with my service from puresmoker.com.

fake edit: whoa the french pipe is delicious! Highly recommended!
 
Hey Cash! I'm back! Just wanted to get on here and spread the Steve love (not that it's needed). Ordered more carts and hoping I get some cards cause I'm tired of writing out your website address.

In case you don't know - I work at a sizable casino in Atlantic City and there are a lot of employees and customers interested in your products. You have probably filled out orders already for some of them. I'm finding myself giving tips to new buyers. I've got a co-worker who ordered a mini and can't quite get the hang of it so he's going to get some intensive training tomorrow at work.

Your customer service can't be beat and your products top anything else I've tried. This is the first time I've been totally tobacco free since I've been 10 (and that was a long, long, long time ago) and I have to credit you with it. Had I stuck to my original e-cig purchase I would have never gotten this far!
