I've wanted to at least try it, but have not yet been able to find them locally. The 2 largest grocery chains in this area don't carry them. grrrr
I found them at the local grocery store, but they were in different flavors - I got the berry, but haven't tried them yet. I was looking in the regular lipton tea flavor but couldn't find them there.

Go for it, I found that the flavor doesn't come through from what I can tell. Though I did get the vanilla carmel truffle and I happen to be smoking cappuccino, but I still don't think that the flavor of the tea would come through anyway.

I will try it when I get home. I have tried

1- Normal mode as shown by Mooby in his video
2- Using more PBT material to avoid the flooding and juice in mouth
3- Using different liquids to see if they make a difference
4- Using the "plug" mod which didn't let much juice flow to the atty
5- Straw mod
6- My own idea of mixing PTB and regular tea bags (Still trying to perfect this one)

I hope to eventually get this working. I hate the Pollyfill and regular tea bags get soggy but don't drain the liquid out properly so I am wasting liquid and topping off too much. I feel like I am on a quest for the holy grail of cart mods. Tried everything and getting no satisfaction. Only been vaping for 3 weeks though so I have plenty of time to keep trying.

Cheers

Same here, until i found this shredding method works extremely well. This method is the last i will ever have to do.

I know when I started reading hear people talked about dipping/dripping. I thought "I don't wanna do that.. it sounds like a hassle".

but, after getting fed up with every other mod I decided to try it.. and dripping in my case is BY FAR the best. And since I got a sampler I have 20 small little 5 mil bottles I can use and fill up with the flavor of the night. No carts to carry around.. just my ecig and a small little bottle to drip every 20 or so drags.

i did the exact same thing(exclusivly dripped), but as i was doing it i was always brain storming about how to make the carts work..Ive been shredding for a week now..and have fully beta tested it to the point of releasing it to the public. It seriously works better than everything, and ive tried everything, even beyond the normal fabrics people have tried. Ive wasted over 30ml in this quest, please give it a shot so that 30ml didnt die in vain.

Dont overfill ur carts ;)

I happened to have a normal PTB cart with me at work so I shredded it like you explained. So far so good. No leaks and vaping fine. I will follow up later with a post on how it works for a few carts worth.

I'm not getting too excited yet because it seems that when I first try things they seem to be working only to find later that there is some issue I run into.

Any problems when you've got it all shredded up with the individual pieces sticking to the atomizer or within the atomizer tube for a longer atomizer like an 801 or pipe? Have you tried only slicing 3/4 of the way down so it's a single unit? Asking cause I've had a number of times when my filler has come out of the cart, especially when I rolled the PTB. I excusively accordian fold the PTB now, but I'm going to give this a shot!

if u slice it only 3/4 the way down make sure the combined part is @ the bottom of the cart, and the "strands" are @ the top.

I have the entire contents shredded and never had a problem w/ one coming out or sticking to the atomizer..the PTB has a melting point of 500 degrees. i think ur PTB stuck because of the shape it takes when its rolled.. it grabbed the atomizer and wouldnt let go. Shredding it seems to release it fine.

Thanks! Just tried one of my accordian folded PTB (which I fold in half in my 510) and sliced it down vertically as you described. Seems to wick better...very nice mod d0kie! Didn't slice all the way through...maybe a bit more than 3/4 and slid that down in the cart. I'm sold!

Alright Dokie,

I have refilled and it still works great. The refill took 10 drops while any other cart mod I have tried would only top off a few drops after the initial fill. I am not wasting any liquid and the vape is very consistent. I will continue to use this. Thanks for the info.

I do not shred the whole length like others here I leave a bit at the bottom not shredded. Seems easy to handle this way.
