Quitting Smoking & Dreaming . . .

So, it seems even in sleep I'm not safe from temptataion. Hah.

I smoked for 15 years and not once did I ever dream of smoking tobacco. Now, that I quit it's all I dream about! Last night my smoke of choice were beedis.

You better believe the first thing I did when I woke up was take a drag off my e-cig. Anyone else have these smoke-dreams?

can't say that I dream about smoking. To be honest, for some reason, I haven't been able to remember a dream since I was very little? not even sure that's healthy ...

BUT ... I do remember beedis ... Used to have lots of fun smoking those!!!!

Oh yes, I frequently got them in the early days, they've gone now but I used to dream about smoking all the time

Me too. I have been vaping for about a month and especially in the first days, I used to dream about smoking - and also my ecigs nearly EVERY night, it seems. I don't think I do it now (or don't remember)

This (sort of) happened to me when I tried to quit last year & went on the patch--had all manner of strange dreams...

When I first started vaping I had very vivid (and bizarre) dreams, but not about smoking.

I read that dreaming about the drug is a common symptom of craving in abstinence. Ironically, I dream of vaping for the last week or so. Might be something with a new toy, but that´s for psychologists to decide.

Oddly enough, I dream more about reading stuff on this board that does not exist in reality... Weird, I know.
