ive had very very weird dreams latley. Like here in town, someone broke into the water treatment facility and a hatch to the main water line was opened up. We thought someone was poisoning everyone in town, so we went looking for him, and he had killed my girlfriend.. in a rage i searched for him and when i finially found him it was some guy from the Scream movies. I punched him really soft in the face, and it peeled all the skin off my knuckles.. then i punched him really hard and his nose caved in.. followed by his mouth, forhead ect... it went on forever, after i was done his face was just a puddle. it was kind of disturbing :?:

Has anyone heard of a beverage called Drank? I heard about it on the news the other night. It's supposed to be an anti-energy drink that is very relaxing. I red reviews online and decided to buy a case. I won't say where I purchased it. Google it. There a good amount of info/vendors for it. I hope it gets here tomorrow. Maybe that will help settle the dreams.

Isn't it sad that our lives have become so hectic that a lot of us need energy drinks to keep up and anti-energy drinks to slow down when it's time for rest? I hope the anti-energy drink helps you Satyr.

I was having HUGE problems geting to sleep when I first started,I would just start to doze off and slip into a really intense dream and wake up with in 1-3min. absolutly blew my sleep schedule all to HELL!

My solution: I was vaping 24mg, cut that to 12mg and made some 0nic for the last hour befor bed., now my sleep difficulties are back to the usual state of disorder. ;)

I finally started taking melatonin (I take three 3 mg tablets about half hour before sleep) and it makes the difference between sleeping and not sleeping. I've been known to stay awake until about 5 a.m. when fatigue hits me. The melatonin puts a stop to that. It doesn't make me sleep, it allows me to get sleepy. My daughter has used it for ages since it seems she inherited my aversion to sleep.

Thank you.
Never learned how to type, though. It'd probably take me about ten years to actually have the time to sit down long enough to write something. Being a single Daddy leaves very little free time.

Besides, if I wrote out all of the weird zombie-type of dreams I've been having, they'd lock me inside a rubber room.8-o

Had a cool dream a couple weeks ago after chain vaping - I was a soviet soldier in WW2 and the Nazis were overunning me and some other soldiers in this field. I escaped with another guy and we hid in this house. A couple Nazis came in and the other soldier shot one of them while the other Nazi killed him. I started shooting at the last one - but my gun was a semi-automatic airsoft rifle and it just annoyed him and I felt real fear. So I ran deeper into the house and found a bolt action rifle which I then used to kill the last Nazi. It was pretty realistic and intense and I have no idea how I could have even thought of it since I hadn't watched a WW2 movie in months nor read that many WW2 books.

hmmm... I was about to ask if you've been watching the Military channel or playing Call of Duty...

That must have been a really scary dream...

I haven't had anymore crazy dreams since my gorilla dream.

Sorry, its late and I was not able to read every reply. But did you go on any medication recently, mainly sleep meds(cigarette withdrawal can cause you not to sleep so well). I ask because meds like Trazadone can cause vivid dreams. Other than that I think most of the replys that I read sound resonable, especially when comparing it to the nicotine patch, but I am not a doctor and have very very limited knowledge.

I had very realistic dreams when vaping the 24 mg, hasn't been a problem since I cut down to 18. I can tell you that I ALSO had the same issues whenever I tried to use the patch and slept with it on. The most realistic dreams that you had to take a moment on waking to decide if they were real or not. Luckily none were frightening and I rather enjoyed them. One of the side effects of nic. Can even be found in the warnings and instructions of the nicotine patch 'Take off at night if you experience vivid dreams'.

Cut your juice especially in the evenings.
