@hittman I have NO IDEA how you even like, test the flavors you get.... Like, none.

I am no better.... My chef's order sits BOILING in my mailbox, (probably) if I ever get them I will be able to let you know like, how Chef's hold up under heated conditions. Sigh.

I test some and not all. For most of the time I’ll mix a sft and it will sit in my cabinet until I feel guilty enough to start trying them or I’m just bored. I’ve got several in one of my polish cases with the flavors in the same slot that I never went back and tried. I mixed another four sft today from my last chefs order. I’m somewhat determined to use up some of the recipes I was foolish enough to mix 50ml of on multiple whims. I’m going to start with cranberry splash and go from there.

Finally got around to trying my pb, rum raisin granola bar. Liking it. I had put it off for fear the granola would be too too... it has a sweet/slightly salty vibe to it. Hopefully I saved the recipe since I didn’t hold out much hope for it.

@dc99 — I am enjoying the tobacco recipe you gave me with my coffee. First one I have mixed with FLV flavors that I really like so thank you for this. I steeped it for three weeks. Reminds me of my NET days and there were plenty of those. Can’t wait for the creamy version.

Mixed six flavors this morning —
Two variations of Cream De Cassis. One with FA Blackcurrant, Vanilla Gelato and FA Papaya. The other with FA Black Currant, Cream Fresh and no Papaya. Both have VT Russian Vodka. Not very hopeful.
Mustachio new to me. Simple recipe so will see how it tastes. 1 2 3 Mustachio pudding
PRY4, Cinnamon Burn Survivor and HIC's Lime Coolers all repeats.

Oh, lord, have I been persuaded to try out an RDA? The prospect terrifies me a bit. But I've watched a couple of videos and think maybe I can do it--with pre-wound coils. At first blush, the Berserker looks slightly less fiddly than the Entheon, so I'm leaning in its direction--assuming I won't need to wick it when I'm just testing flavors (I may eventually graduate to wicking, since I may want to check out squonking sometime, but for now all I'm interested in is a more convenient way to test). Must I get an authentic Berserker? Those described as "styled" are way cheaper on Fasttech.

What additional paraphernalia might I need? Wirecutters, to start, but what about a stand? In the vaping with Vic video I watched, I saw he had a nifty little setup that included an ohm reader, but I don't need anything that fancy, right? I can just stick the atty on a mod and test it that way? Is that even much of a concern with premade coils? And which coils should I get? What else do I need?

Aside from a lot of hand-holding, that is.

I bought a couple coil tool kits and the geekvape tab like you saw in the video. I almost never use them. I just use a single rod coil tool that costs about a dollar and a good pair of scissors.

It's the best, honestly, developing skill at something you think you can't do.

I mean, I find DIY fairly simple and I had an approach went with it, and was happy. Yes I splash a bit of nic around, but like!!!!!!!!!!! So easy I'm not even proud.

LOL, when I reinsert a fallen grub screw, mount a coil semi competently? It's the greatest it really is. I may be SLOOOOW but I have come a LONG way. and there is something wonderful about acquiring sort of still lamentable, difficult skill at something one is inherently bad at. Really!! I am far prouder of my RTAs than I am of my mixes.

My daughter's roped me into a trip to Arizona on them. I've always wanted to see the Grand Canyon but didn't think I ever would.I need to go down to my daughters on Thursday this week cause we have to leave for the Hartford,CT airport by 2am.....UGH. Have to pick older daughter up on the way. Kinda nervous about flying.........

So I have only 3 days this week to amount to something.3 SFT's still to try and more to mix.

Batteries and pv's already packed.Juices half packed. Gotta finish juices and get tanks together. Will check chargers Thursday and make sure I have them all. Luggage to go is at my daughters mostly packed.

Yep. I dont use any of that fancy stuff either. Just a set of coil rods and a pair of nippers. You will have to use a good clapton if your not going to wick it

Is there a good premade Clapton? I've got to find out whether I can even deal with the screws before I consider wrapping my own coils.
