I’ve never tried any mango flavor before but have been trying a sft of flv mango. Is mango just not a strong flavor or should I have mixed it stronger than 3%?
I really don't know. I mixed my FLV Mango at 2 1/2% and flavor was just ok,not sweet. I've tried a couple mangos so far and they don't really impress me much. I'll try them mixed together in a recipe someday....maybe. The flavor is new to me also. I've never ate a mango in rl either.

Anyone ever have strawberry rhubarb pie? It's superb. Once you have it, you can't go back to a regular ol' rhubarb pie. I'm from Minnesota, we know a thing or two about rhubarb pie ;)
Now I need to get some rhubarb flavoring, I've already got my 2nd shopping cart started on BCF and I haven't even started DIY juice yet! Soon though..

I’ve had it. My boss loves it so we get him pies on his bday and he shares.

I’ve moved on from the mango and am testing a sft of HS cream. I didn’t rewick so am still getting a feint taste of mango. The cream has a nice mouth feel and isn’t really sweet at all that I can tell. Fran, you inspired me to get going on trying some sft.

That's a good thing. No since mixing them and not following through.

Even not considering the price, I wouldn't buy one myself after checking the dimensions. My Aegis Mini 80W is already big and weighty enough in my hands. The Thor is about 3/4" taller, 7mm wider, and 2-3mm deeper. Put a tank on top of it, and it would be even taller yet, as well as heavier.
I didn't even check that, which was a stupid oversight on my part. It's bigger than the SX Mini SL, which is about as large a device as I care to handle. Glad I came to my senses.

I mixed today too and really meant to make Zing with modifications but decided against it. I came up with a recipe that I will mix tomorrow that is sort of a combination of Lemondowski and Zing. I hope it works. I don't have Butterscotch Ripple but do have it coming. Something tells me that I just might be offering that one as a PIF. :)

There are a few flavors in Zing that makes me feel I may not like it however decided to give it the all American try. I will be interested in your changes once you have time to try it.

Got to admit, I prefer plain rhubarb pie. With a nice dollop of vanilla ice cream.

I placed six orders (with five different vendors) before I mixed a drop. And my wish list is substantial.

There are many fans of Custard — The Quickening however after trying it again after a 15 day steep, it just does not wow me. I am glad that I gave it a try though.
I like some custard in a few recipes but too much is not to my liking.

Seems like the recipes popping up of late use FA Premium Custard. Custard — The Quickening has too many similar creamy like flavors so for me there is not much of a punch factor to it. I like creamy however there is a limit. The most balanced recipe I make using Premium Custard is one of HIC’s and it is his Teddy Bear Custard.

Holy Moly!! That Stabwood mod is $185.77 at today's current conversion rate! That doesn't include international S/H either.

I got VERY lucky in finding one domestically for $149.95 with free shipping. That was like finding a unicorn. :D On the price, you have to factor in that it is a DNA 75C mod.

It is about 3/4 of an inch taller than my Minikin V2s and lighter as it is a single battery mod. It fits comfortably in my hand. Honestly, the size is perfect for me.

I didn't even check that, which was a stupid oversight on my part. It's bigger than the SX Mini SL, which is about as large a device as I care to handle. Glad I came to my senses.

I like the SX Mini SL but prefer the Thor over the SX Mini SL. I find the DNA chip to be more intuitive than the YiHi chip. If one buys the stabwood version of the SX Mini SL, it would be $185.95 or so depending on the vendor.

I am not trying to talk anyone into buying a Thor, esp. from Great Britain and at the higher price due to the exchange rate and the shipping charges. However, if someone likes the mod and just happens upon one at the US price, let me know. :)

Same with yours. I am interested in the balance too. It might be that CAP Vanilla Custard, with the FA Premium, might be too much custard. It might be that TFA Vanilla Swirl would be the best sub for the Butterscotch Swirl, texture wise. IDK Maybe I will try it 3 ways and see which pops for me. I do want to hear what you think of the recipe as written.
