I’m still struggling to find a use for INW YWCC... it’s more sara lee cc than traditional ny style cc. I need to revisit it and see what I come up withSo....what's the main reason it seems many people prefer the INW Yes We Cheesecake over CAP NY Cheesecake and/or TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust? Is there really a big difference, as the reviews for it on BCF suggest? I'm wondering...if it's really that good...that maybe I don't need a 10mL to start with, but ought to go ahead with a 30mL.
