HIC's Black Pepper Ice Cream on E L R is popular. I haven't mixed it but do use FA Black Pepper in my Chai Tea recipe.

PS - my BCF order went from pre-shipment to arriving in my town overnight. USPS has some updating problems.

hehehehe nothing fancy, just threw it together last night to see if it would be decent and really came out good, i'm trying to make a cream for a pastry, it still needs something though don't know what but it'll work
Yogurt (FW) 2%
Sweet Cream (TFA) 2%
Meringue (TFA) 2%
Vanilla Custard (FW) 2%
Whipped Cream (TFA) 2%
Condensed Milk (PUR) 2%
French Vanilla (TFA) 2%

I also did this for a coconut cream but this to me was more of a milkshake though....
Vanilla Custard (FW) 2%
Sweet Cream (TFA) 1.5%
Condensed Milk (Purilum) 1.5%
Marshmallow (TFA) 1.5%
Cotton Candy (TFA) 1.5%

unfortunately i'm out of bavarian, it's on it's way lol and ordered mascarpone.... but donno if I want to use this in it, i'm going for a strawberry cream pastry, but i will use it in another one

Fair enough, maybe it's different in DIY juice, in actual baking I use Mascarpone all the time. Small amounts for just a little tang to offset the sweetness.

Well it seems that some folks think a bit of pepper goes good with Melon and I found a simple 3 flavor recipe. Now my melon flavors are in my BCF order thatt still hasn't updated,,,,,,at all.
