I finally loaded a tank with the Sconed recipe. I think it steeped for a couple months. It’s good enough to finish but don’t know if I’ll make more.

I have a lot of those in my recipe "box". :)

I will fix MY mistakes but not the unfortunate tendencies of other people's mistakes but whomever made this should be taken out at dawn, with pistols, and forced to eat a bunch of raspberries and eclairs and then they should send me my money back.

I'd have them send the money first, their fingers are going to be really messy.

I might just try the mango and lychee combo, interesting.

I have everything for the Choco-Nut but the mango one sounds too sweet?

Just to be clear, it's mangosteen not mango. Totally different exotic fruit.
That mix is sweet, from the Sweet Lychee mostly. Next time I get un-sweet lychee......

Ok, so I tried my sft of napoleon cafe. At first it kinda tasted like one of those flavored coffee creamers but the more I vape it the sweeter it seems to be. Maybe I’ll be able to use it in a coffee recipe.

I believe I hit the strawberry jam part very well. I'll now combine it with my well steeped Ella's SB and see if it's what I was looking for.

Here's how I made the strawberry jam if anyone is interested:
    Forest Fruit FA .5%
    Jammy Berry FLV .75%
    Strawberry Ripe TPA .75%
    Strawberry Sweet CAP 2%

The Jammy Berry indeed adds a nice little jam vibe to the mix @.75% without it's blueberry notes overpowering the strawberry. I might like this one as is.

It's really frustrating to try an sft and like it at first vape and then it keeps getting sweeter and sweeter as you go..Drives me nuts.

I don't know... The flavor is good, a really nice realistic lychee, but pretty sugary. Comes off strong on the throat as well.
I've never had a Lychee but if it's that sweet I guess I don't need the flavor.

Lychee doesn't taste that sweet to me but I haven't tried the flavoring.

Delicious punishment or no, I would LOVE for the makers to like, learn something and all behaviorists know that more learning occurs with positive reinforcement than negative.

If they make a lot of one shots, they may have to do a Tour of the World, to try all the flavors the world has to offer. But, like, IDK I'm not paying for it I want my money BACK. LOL.

OMG I just had the weirdest time. Walmart-- the scanner went silent and like, it WAS scanning so I kept going. My card got declined. I have received NOTHING from the bank about my debit card and they LOVE to cut me off.

So I wrote a check and it was declined too, so I wrote a check only it was my old address but I made them override it.

I bet the stupid self-pay machine was acting up, I mean it went all silent. That did not occur to me until I called my bank and it was all cheery like "Do us a favor and call on Monday, K, we are off for the weekend."

I have got to get a bank here but there's only Well's Fargo and I JUST can't bring myself. They are the worst bank in the whole entire universe, I'm pretty certain.

My bank better not decline my check or Walmart or whatever, I am NOT paying 25 dollars for a malfunctioning machine.

Also there was a thunderstorm and my lights were all out and I was loading up lukewarm food going GREAT.

But then the power came back on.

@hittman You should try for help with your blueberry in this thread. Maybe Joel will give you his opinion. He has some good ones.:)
I haven't done a lot with blueberry. Hitt and Letitia, have way more expertise with it than I do; so I would readily bow to their experience.

But, just as general observations go...
-- 29% of the total flavoring (4% of 14% total) of Bavarian cream seems waaay too much to me. If I really wanted a cream note to this; I would more likely look at 0.5-1.0% FA Vienna Cream. Or, if I was looking for a "fluffier" cream filling/topping; maybe 0.75-1.0% FLV Whipped Cream.
-- Having both cookie and cake elements seems like they could be at odds to one another ('moist/spongy" vs. "crispy/crumbly"). I personally would choose either/or... not both.
-- I like to boost CAP Sugar Cookie with 0.5-1.0% INW Biscuit to make it more "cookie-ish"/crumbly.
-- I do find blueberry (the few I have played with) benefit from the addition of a small amount of lemon (SC/ECX Lemon would be my choice). Again, somewhere in the vicinity of 0.5-1.0%. Can add "pop" and brightness without being identifiable as "lemon."
-- A small amount (0.25-0.5%) of FA Forest Mix can "darken" (make a bit less candy-like) blueberry. While addition of a small amount (depends on concentrate used) of Raspberry will "lighten" the blueberry "oomph," without sweetening or making more candy-like.
-- Low percentages of a Pair (0.25-0.75%) can be useful for adding juiciness, without much altering the blueberry profile.

How any of this might be beneficial to Hitt's recipe... I have no idea. I think he is on the right track... getting the core of the recipe the way he wants it first. And, only then, add the tweaks and embellishments to take it the rest of the way, and only as/if needed.

I have wrecked too many recipes to count by trying to do too much right out of the gate.

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge. If only I could keep everything I learn here in memory.
