@PapawBrett a lot people like Nicotine Rivers PG & VG I haven’t personally used it but I’ve heard the prices are great too with free shipping @ $50 & you can throw in a few flavors if you forgot anything. I think @Letitia has used their PG/VG we’ll ask her @Letitia come out come out

I've been using Nicotine River pg, vg, and Purnic 100mg base in 50/50 mostly, pretty happy with them, though I haven't bought much elsewhere (small amount of vg from Wiz Labs and MFS and some pg from bull city).
I've had good shipping from Nic River, most times, around big sales they are a little slower, but more than once they have shipped same day I ordered.
They had to evacuate during wildfires that rolled through Thousand Oaks Cali. right after I placed an order, it took three days to ship after I ordered.

ELR has some flavor notes.. for most your looking at a couple drops per 10ml or .25 - .5%
