Possibly. Some people recover their taste overtime from chemo and this has not been the case for me. I cannot eat any type of meats as it is like I am eating a ball of greasy fat. Every once in a while not so much the first day before it turns to a fatty taste. Eating veggies, fruits, lentils mostly. Cold frozen yogurt, ice pops, ice cream taste good.

Never thought about spearmint flavors other than I bought a non-compliant cheap bottle of a flavor called Snowball by Coil Vapes along with a few others. @NolaMel may be able to speak to this being out of Nola. This is described as a creamy spearmint ice cream stuffed sno-ball with double condensed milk. How long I will be able to taste it, time will tell.

Have you tried Peppermint or Honey Lemon Cough Drop? I make a version of HIC's Heart of Andes with some changes that is my ADV. I would be happy to send you some to try. I personally don't care for Spearmint. I have been thinking of making up my version of Heart of Andes with Holy Vanilla to try. That just came to me recently so I know I need to try it now. I also have an Icy Lime Slushy you might be able to enjoy.

Well, the taste buds are beginning to revive so I tried two more mixes. The first was another chocolate chip cookie recipe. FAIL! Both CCC recipes I made are FAIL! I think it's the butter toffee that kills if for me. Butter just doesn't translate to vape. So I either try another CCC recipe without butter toffee or just move on to another path. The second mix I sampled today was a Caramel Apple tobacco (a favorite HHV flavor of mine). This one has potential. I used one of Pop's NETs in it and Capella's Double Apple. Not where I want it but not bad. The apple doesn't taste quite as genuine as what I am used to from HHV. So I have another apple concentrate on hand that I'm going to try. It's Flavor Art's Fuji Apple. This one gets lots of rave reviews on BCF. Anyone have a favorite apple they like?

FA Fuji is a great flavor. I don't mix it with tobacco and do feel that it is a bit too sweet on its own. I mix it half and half with VTA's Granny Smith Apple and that gives me a realistic, sweet/tart apple flavor.

Perhaps when mixed with a NET it will take the sweet edge down a notch.

Starting in on my Stixx Mixx NETs. I have four of them. All SFTs at 10%. This is so critical to what I want to do. First one up is Havana Primed. I'm maybe 2mls into it. It's pretty much shaping up to what I thought it would be. Mild, pleasant, straight forward tobacco. I've had vendor's Havana NETs in the past and always enjoyed them. This is right in line with them. They can tend to be dry (like many NETs) but that's OK because I will be spiking them with other flavoring. Going to keep pulling on this one the rest of the day to test its durability.

I've been hiding in plain sight on ol Lake Huron. Was thinking this morning I'd like to find or figure out a mix to replicate a blueberry, raspberry, or chocolate (danish) cream cheese strüdel. Like an authentic German one. I used to work at a German bakery in Texas and the strudels were out of this world.
I've made and baked hundreds of strudels, so I should be able to figure a mix out, right? :D

Worked with this German lady way back when. Once a year she'd make a bunch of strudel. She'd bring me an apricot one that was to die for.

Yup, @FranC you have had the kind of year that would send most people into gibbering madness. You are made from TITANIUM. I'm kind of thinking to ask you next time you get a haircut to send the remains so like, I can titanium plate some vapes.

There is also the concept of "letting pets live too long." Like, this one dude I went to high school with was CRAZY RICH. I mean the kind of rich where like, at age 19 he decided to take me on some dates. I was like, "I am not banging some weirdo-- there was some inbreeding I think, maybe-- but I was like, "Yes, I do like going to the Four Seasons for Tea," and it was exceptionally good.

I mean, the kind of rich where no one mentions money and you go to some club for a great meal and the 19 year old orders all kinds of expensive alcohols, which I was ALSO fine with...."

Until he took me back to the Mansion and like, showed me his pet cat.

I think the cat had its own butler, and it was all bald and crap and I was like "HOW OLD IS THAT CREATURE," and he was like 22, and I was like, "HOW LONG HAS IT HAD A DRIP ATTACHED" and he was like, "oh about seven months."

And that was the end of it. Because, It was all a bit too Jane Eyre for me and the next time he asked me out I was like, "No thanks Healthcliff."

Dude.

The ultra rich are super weird.

If the NETs are dry, I should warn you that FA Fuji is rather dry too. I find VT's Fuji to be juicier but don't buy it just for an experiment. Add some pear for juice. My favorite is MB Shape Up Pear but you could use what you have if you do have a pear flavor.

I don't believe in purposely letting your pet suffer.I've known for the last year that Tigger was on borrowed time. I just hope his last moments were peaceful. I've been tough enough most of my life but not feeling very tough this year at all.

I have some caramel mixed in with it so that should offset the dryness.

    Somewhere between here and there
Last weekend my wife wanted to go to this pumpkin patch where they always have a bunch of kittens so she could hold one. She said she just wanted to hold one but not get one for home. She said she doesn’t want another one after ours died last October but I wouldn’t be surprised if she eventually changed her mind.
