That was an interesting read sounds like some flavors over time you might need more in a mix over time.

And SHEESH. IF only ALL DIY emporiums were Told TO ONLY ship in the most durable material possible. That would be so lovely. LOL.

Yes, I'm tired of transferring my nic. LOL. I also got back from the doctor's office with an albuterol inhaler, a freaking Z-pack, he sort of stared at my abx in a puzzled fashion until I explained I can't take Keflax and Clindomyacin. Then he was like, "Well, I wouldn't take THAT." And I was like "Yep." OMG too he asked about my sputum or whatever it's called and I had been coughing into a mask so I was like, "Here you go, THIS is what color it is." But he handled it like a man and told me to take Mucinex, the inhaler, the Z-pack and the steroid but that "if I did not get better, to go to the ER."

Oooh… .He also ORDERED me the pneumonia vaccine so I can just come back and like, do it when I am not sick. My clinic has like, that awesome feature and they don't even charge you for it.

Also, he looked... Like a construction worker. I don't know if the dos compete as to how badly they can dress on Weekends and Holidays because they HATE them but he was this gigantic, rather rotund half African-American dude who like, his sneakers were coming apart, his jeans (which were shredded) barely fit, he was NOT wearing a lab coat. LOL.

Strangely enough, that is the kind of doctor I can get behind. I made a well-visit and like we will see. Because he was really nice and super sympathetic so maybe he won't freak about my thyroid like crazy Nurse Practitioner B:censored:.

Because he looked like he had been around the block a few times so maybe he will listen instead of being like, "OMG you are gonna die."

I don't think I am. Now.

They have this new dry puff albuterol inhaler it is weird. LOL.

Anna
I did the 5-day Z-pack, 20ml prednisone (twice daily), and Albuterol inhaler (along with a cough suppressant). After 48 hours I could tell it was beginning to work. Got a little better every day. By Day 5 I could breathe a lot better. By day 8-10 it was gone.

I have 6 new to me recipes pulled for tomorrow. Plus doing 2 using my already steeped cheesecake and ice cream bases. With the 6 repeats I did Friday, that should hold me for a while.
I detest all you people who can whip up a recipe and actually enjoy vaping it. Grrrr!

I learned enough from that Chocolate Cookie recipe to go ahead and try a finished NET blend. I simply took the chocolate cookie recipe and deleted the sugar cookie completely and substituted it with a like amount of Nicaraguan Viso (Stixx Mixx) tobacco extract (4%). The remaining three ingredients stayed the same but I did boost the milk chocolate by 1/3rd. Total flavor content is 16%. I might want to reduce that a little at some point. We'll see. So let the steeping begin.

I'm vaping my third Stixx Mixx SFT today (The Supreme). Has a little stronger tobacco flavor than the previous two. Very tasty. All three of these Stixx Mixx NETs have been very good. I was looking for straight up tobacco, mild/medium extracts and all three so far have been exactly that. Not a big difference between them. I'd be happy with any of these three. One more to go.

Hah! These are either off this thread, or from ELR that a)I have all the ingredients for and b) have a very high number of 4/5 star ratings and lots of comments. I’m too frazzled to come up with something on my own right now. I only have a few advs that I created from scratch, if that makes you feel better ;)

Off topic: I had to pickle and can ten pounds of beets today. I am destroyed.

On topic: In a perfect world, I would rebottle all of my flavors in glass.

    The world is not perfect.
    The beets sound yummy:)

But, pickled beets are so yummy! Between that and your pickles, you’re making me want to drive to Maine to raid your pantry!!!

    You're putting me to shame.:(
Nooooo.... remember, I’ve been vaping unflavored for several months. First I was sick and couldn’t taste anything, then totally uninspired, then just plain lazy . I’m playing catch-up. Trying to get the long steepers done so they’ll be ready for when I have to drive mom home after Christmas. I had dribs and drabs of some old left, and made a few week/two week steepers.
