Yes you could just add a bit of vg but then your overall nic content will go down a bit. But not enough to really notice a difference unless you add a lot. That was why i suggested unflavored base.

Can't see why the other arm would be sore , unless it was a really long needle Yeah, call the doc! Or, as Fran says, maybe job / task related? Maybe compensating for the sore paw on the other side?
