Is it really sweet?

It's sweet enough, but I wouldn't call it really sweet. It's a nice, tart mango. I really like the sft at 4%.

It's not bad in the right thing at oh 0.5 to 1%. It tastes pretty close to condensed milk, which I happen to enjoy. I for some reason have 17 bottles of the stuff I kept thinking I ordered it again, over and over. See, this is why I need to find my flavors list. Although I think my PERSONAL apex of dumb flavor offerings was buying that new "weird' pomegranate twice in the same order by accident so I gave it to another member along with a couple other things.

The condensed milk goes great in one of my tea mixes, black, jasmine and condensed milk. Very easy to make and it's a great blend of flavors sweet and savory but you cannot overdo it is the thing.

I don't like Barry White, the only way I could see him increasing pregnancy (on my end) is if someone promised to turn him OFF I forwent the BC etc. LOL. But I am not a turtle.

Ugh. Slept til 10:30 and had a few "Gargle" episodes in the night and I read up and there is like 30% failure rates on tests so eh. I really think I have it because my symptoms are so like it but WHO knows. I am 100% sure it is not pneumonia because I have never recovered from it without at least one round of abx and steroids and I'm not coughing up gross crap more like clear fluid. Which is supposed to be bad, but it's not much of it so I remain not that scared. But, I am reducing my meds now because I'm sick of taking them and also, if I'm gonna get REALLY sick I want to get it over with. I don't think I am gonna get all that much sicker but WHO KNOWS.

Also, if there are worse viruses out there and from what I hear there are, well I don't want to ever leave my house again.

Although the husband has not heard back from our bank we may have to like meet the contractor at some point. He's all like, "IDK what to do." I was like, you wait until this afternoon and if you don't hear, you like, let the contractor know and we go fix it, that's what. If I have to go out I am getting an N95 mask, gloves, and wearing my birka if I can find it. I will ALSO totally pee behind bushes for my safety and those of others. I got it for stealth/I figured it might be clothing soothing like a straight-jacket but it's not.

Maybe I can get caught on tape and do Muslims everywhere a big favor. LOL given I will have to drive through border patrol, maybe not the birka. God. I told the husband "But you have to give me a night's notice so I can gird my loins, etc.

My sister-in-law's daughter had two different results from different tests. The first one said she had COVID and the second one said she did not have COVID. She had all the COVID symptoms though, so I believe she did have it.

Another good tart mango is WF's Island Mango. I haven't done an SFT of it to gauge sweetness, but the recipe I use with it most often is just 4% Island Mango and 2% WF's Coconut Rum. I never need a sweetener with it, but I imagine the Coconut Rum is plenty sweet.

Yes, it probably is and coconut is a flavor I can't vape. I have a few Mangos but not that one.

Eh I love mango and I have a bunch of them but my flavoring notes are hiding like so much in this house. It's super hard to unpack I must say when like you know you are MOVING AGAIN.

The husband and I are thinking of buying a shipping container and just moving it from state to state. Well, I am mostly kidding. Not about the container although I think they are horrifically ugly and we'd need to hide it behind some trees somewhere. Etc.

I CRAVED diluted oj this am although I still am going to need more diet pepsi soon. I think the husband wants to like, wean me from it but that's not happening. I will call Walmart and do delivery if I have to. Hey that's a great idea I am gonna give it a try RIGHT NOW.

My sistah the doctah once told me that clear phlegm is a sign of a viral infection and ick (i.e., green/yellow/beige) phlegm means the infection is bacterial.

Based on that, I'll probably taste the Blue Pom Plum Cake week after next, and the other two challenge mixes the first week in June, but I am sure I will lose patience and sample them early. It's a good thing I have some fast-steepers I can enjoy in the interim!
