Just thought I'd cruelly note that it's a sunny, breezy 65 here.

I want to come visit Maine. We have 90 once again.

Not sure either but I think I'll start off with using Blueberry CAP. I've had good success with that. And maybe add Blueberry extra. I'm thinking something was off with the blueberries, but I cant be certain. Could be the yes we cheesecake though.

Have you used the Mascarpone before? I love the stuff but you might not.

I'll be headed to Minnesota next week where it's going to be in the mid 60s, whereas it'll be 80+ here.

I worked on a blueberry cookie recipe for a while and FW blueberry was recommended to me with the addition of bilberry. I was looking for a strong blueberry flavor to complement the cookie but never felt like I got the result I was looking for.

If you want a strong fruit flavor I think it’s wise to look to something other than Blueberry.

I had never used mascarpone before in mixes, so maybe that's the issue. I had not thought of that. I like it in actual bakery goods

Mostly a vacation, also to grab what stuff we can from our house that just put on the market. As far as I know, the only work to do is replace a kitchen faucet.. but I'm bringing a drill, dremel, tools just in case

I've been shocked by the temperatures you've been reporting. What a friend of mine in Vermont has been experiencing similarly floors me. But then it was over 100 in Siberia recently, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
