    Has anyone ever tried mixing mint and vanilla ?

    They go perfect together ;)

    I've been mixing menthol, vbic and whipped cream. Trying next with tfa creme de menthe instead of menthol (when my order turns up :rolleyes:)

    Chocolate Caramel Peanut Butter Wafers
    Chocolate Chunks (WF) 2%
    Peanut Butter (CAP) 2%
    Salted Caramel (FW) 1.5%
    Caramel Candy (TFA) 1.5%
    Graham Cracker v1 (CAP) 1.25%
    Australian Chocolate (Hangsen) 0.75%
    Honey Roasted Peanuts SC (WF) 0.6%

    What? No sweetener, yikes... :eek:

    Age for 30 days... :cool:

    White chocolate and raspberry tester is yummy! It needs some body, but DEFINITELY not more sweet. Would either hangsens italian cream or tpa vanilla bean gelato work ? I have mixes with both steeping, but they’re not ready. Also have FA marzipan and meringue FA.

    Strangely enough I don't find chocolates too sweet. Try the Gelato.....less steeping.

    I added MTS at .66% to add mouthfeel to my chocolate raspberry.
    I can't remember how much it added but it didn't mute the berry-ness.
    I've never used the flavors you listed.

    White chocolate and ANYTHING is yummy to me. .I added it to that standalone "Ambrosia" flavor I think it is, it's GOOD.

    With rasberry I'm trying dark chocolate but for the love of good don't ask me for the manufacturer, I have no clue ATM!!

    LoL also trying a rasberry (3 different makers, or 2) and coco. I''m hoping it's nice.

    I feel so lame with my mixing schedule. I guess if I did a tester at a time it would be easier but man, everything's refrigerated so I have to wait until it's room temp and etc. Then, I feel like by rights I have to mix eleventy billion things and etc.

    Job market looking up. Srsly it is, although I have yet to hear from the jail people about what they will do regarding my legal issues. I hope to (censored) I can get that wiped, but I won't do ANYTHING until I hear back from them.

    License still has no actions I am checking that somewhat excessively. Etc.

    Do you have VT pudding base? That sounds good to me with 1-2% pudding base.

    Soooo,folks. Anything new?. Make new mixes?,find new flavors,any new recipes?

    Any ideas on a new and different cheesecake? Whenever I look on the recipe sites they are overly stuck on Strawberry cheesecakes. It's not easy to find the out of ordinary stuff.
