Strangely enough I don't find chocolates too sweet. Try the Gelato.....less steeping.White chocolate and raspberry tester is yummy! It needs some body, but DEFINITELY not more sweet. Would either hangsens italian cream or tpa vanilla bean gelato work ? I have mixes with both steeping, but they’re not ready. Also have FA marzipan and meringue FA.
