I didn't really feel like doing a lot this morning so all I did was clean the inside of the microwave and the stovetop. Oh yeah.

Yesterday when the wife woke up I told her I'd already drove to Primm and back and got the truck smogged she said "What? Who ARE you?

She is NOT used to me doing all this stuff and may start taking the Superbeets soft chews also after seeing what they have done for me

I cringe whenever anyone mentions beets. I loved pickled beets as a child and once ate an entire jar of them. I was so sick for days. I have never touched another one. That was one time aversion therapy worked.

I love beets fresh canned frozen I don't care and also like, you can and should put beets in pickled eggs which are delicious.

I'm not quite sure how and why the "beet power powder" is working for you (what's in it?) but I won't tell you if it's placebo man because as FAR as I'm concerned, MILK that placebo for all it is worth.

Also... the husband believes that hot peppers have antidepressant properties. Um, so well, let me just say I just caught him DUMPING tabasco sauce all over his tongue and swishing it around. I said, "Isn't that HOT?" He was like, "Delicious."

This is not eating beets! They are small soft chews with a great amount of beet extract in them. I don't know what they taste similar to but I like 'em.

Is it these? Cost effective. Although I did like read a nutritionist site who did give a lengthy explanation of how beets could give you energy and it made me want to maybe try them man.

Just not these maybe although I cannot argue their cost effectiveness.

A friend and took an Alaskan cruise years ago, butat the end we were able to get off the ship and take a train to Denali National Park. I had a beautiful view of what was then Mt. McKinley, now Denali, which was rare because it was usually covered in clouds. I enjoyed the trip so much. I sent my parents on the same cruise, with upgraded cabins, for their 50th wedding anniversary.

I got a reply from VR about the price increase. Said it was a mistake and they should have been 17.95. Still a good price but it is the principle of the thing. Guess I won't order my lime green one.
