Also, I think rioting should be like treason: instant death. I mean coming together to peacefully protest is one thing (and allowed in the Constitution) but the rest really sucks. When you are unable to get your point across by peacefully protesting, start an organized civil war if you MUST, but declare it and all that. Don't be stealing WHOLE CHEESCAKES (my favorite Seattle line ever about rioting I researched before calling my sis the first time) "Things started out peacefully but eventually some protesters broke into a nearby Cheesecake factory and were seen stealing WHOLE cheesecakes (not even slices, OMG)
My sister continues to maintain her city is perfectly sane and normal (Seattle Washington) and the news is overblown. Is it??? I can't tell but perhaps it is her way of coping. Or, perhaps she has turned an is contributing to the violence after work. Although I really can't see my sis stealing WHOLE cheesecakes. She, like myself, is an obsessive exerciser and eater of rightness due to growing up, meh long story.)

Thanks @FranC . I do mostly feel better. I do better with structure. I am still of the belief I may have to start getting way up early for yoga (with that stuff, sometimes if you don't do it first, it just doesn't happen) but other than THAT joy (I am also glad I WAITED a bit, and probably will wait a bit more) but I probably will have to. This job is gonna be busy. After I learn to manage it, I will have to talk to my supervisor about just how much overtime I wind up up working. I will be like, "I am entitled to federal overtime" and I am, and then will be discussing ways to like, uh, decrease it or get pad. That may be a while because my trainer (who is actually one of the loveliest persons I have met) worked that job for 14 years, and no matter how good I am, some addicts will be like, "Nu uh" which is fine with me.
We'll see. I am kind of gonna make things my own. I want to start that IOP. I am so gad I said kinda "no" to like the alternative med. department who ferreted out I was NADA acupuncture trained. They wanted to meet with me "to discuss it generally." I offered them a lunch meeting to talk to them about it but pointed out my cert was tribal and couldn't be used outside the tribe I used it in. The did not respond. They did not want to "pick my brain" they wanted to make me do some. My trainer was like, "Don't take on ANY new things the first year or your life will be hell." That was useful advice.

I've never used a disposable pod. I can see me using these in certain occasions for my job. When I'm out in the field. WOOT! Or at a concert. Or out to dinner with family.
