if you don't want to dilute the flavor, just dilute the nic you can buy the same ejuice in a lower nic or 0 nic and then mix them to get your desired nic level
so let's say you bought a 12mg nic but you only vape at 3mg
you could buy a 0 nic of the same ejuice and mix it at 1/4th 0 nic and 3/4ths 12mg nic = 3mg
