Vaping since 8/9/2012
At this time I don’t have much for plans. I’ll continue to look fit any possible killer deals even though my shopping is done. Last couple years there hasen’t been much for killer deals. I guess I’ll also lend a hand in cleaning the kitchen. I’d like to get the ideas for a couple new mixes but nothing has come to mind yet.
I may also look for Christmasy mixes and mix some myself. I got the bills done but I still have to pay my property taxes. I do online bill pay except for taxes since they charge an outrageous fee. I’ll get an envelope from Mom to mail them in as I don’t have any. I may also wrap the gifts I have already. Always something to do! :) A nap may be in my future too since my cat (the most annoying alarm clock ever) doesn’t understand the concept of sleeping in on holidays and weekends. :?:

a reeses cheesecake and omg it was so rich you could barely eat one slice but it was so good you wanted more

he tried a pumpkin cheesecake one time and it was ok but not really worth doing again, it was a bit sickly sweet....

I have a turkey carcass to pick apart and then boil...and pick at again.
Strain out bones and make Turkey Bone Soup. (with turkey cooking drippings)

Messy and time consuming but yummy, great left-overs !
First round is just turkey soup, second round will have dumplings and third round (and finish off) will have noodles.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?
Survived working last night! OMG do I have a lot to tell the administrator LOL about their lack of infection control.

Looking for deals related to ecigs. Nothing impresses me so far. No xmas presents really needed this year. I might send a gift card to one brother who is really having a hard time -the other brother is getting seeds to start a garden. The seeds are from my gardening adventures including vegetables and flowers.

I think I should just send fruit cakes to my brothers. :)

I haven't wrapped a thing except for the few gifts my older daughter is going to pick up at some date. So I still have that to do. I just mixed the other day so it isn't critical to think up any mixes. I have never gone for seasonal mixes as that usually involves more sweetness than I can vape. Plus the fact I can't vape spices anyway.

if you have a crockpot....just throw it in there
Add a cupful of chicken stock or apple cider to the pot, with any herbs or spices that you want
and let it cook on high for 2 hours then on low for 4 - 6 hours or more....
I did that one year and that turkey just fell off the bones

if there's a bit of a gap between the top of the crockpot and the lid, wrap it with foil to close the gap

No way this will fit into a crock pot...I have a huge soup pot just for this.
Can't rush...I'll be slow cooking this overnight and we'll have the first round for dinner tomorrow.

well yeah it would depend on the size of your crockpot, I have a rather large one and was able to fit a 12ish lb turkey into it, though it was too tall (like 3 - 5 inch gap), so placed the lid on top of it and wrapped foil around to close the gap up
I think I ended up letting it slow cook for like 10 hours just to be safe

I have both a 4qt and a 6qt crock pot...but my soup pot (or stock pot) is 15-16 qts. It's really large !

So how bad is a Diacetyl level of 90 ppm in a flavoring? I ask because one of the recipes I want to make requires FLV-Watermelon and there is a warning about Diacetyl.
I've never worried about the small amount used. It's all up to you.

Since the only instances of "popcorn lung" are from people working in the factories, breathing the fumes 8 hours a day, it's not something that particularly concerns me, at the tiny amounts we might inhale. And good for the makers to let us know, so we can make our own choice :)

I mean....anything that we use is vastly miniscule compared to when we smoked....
but if it worries you, then simply replace with whatever watermelon you want to use...
to me, brands are more of a suggestion (unless specified that it brings something unique)

It is actually specifically this flavoring that is needed apparently. I am trying to get all the flavorings for a One Shot that I really like. The notes say it specifically needs to be FLV Watermelon.
