Happy Sun day, stirrers. Not that we'll see it, but it will probably get a little less dark... for about 6 hours.

Seahawks at one, otherwise

I can't do treadmills. I either run outside or not at all. But I can do exercise bikes. I am strongly thinking about getting a rowing machine too. I used to really like those at the gym.

I can do rows on my smith cage. It has a platform on the bottom to rest your feet. I also have an inexpensive elliptical machine I bought from a coworker that bought it and never used it. I don’t use it a lot but do when I get tired of the treadmill. The treadmill is a pretty good one with power incline.

    No outdoor runs?

No. I used to run outside some with my daughter when she was in cross country but haven’t in a long time. I usually walk the dog most days but that’s not really exercise since she stops and sniffs stuff so much.

Glad you like it. Treadmills are very useful, especially in the winter. I just can't run on one. I need to feel like I am actually going somewhere when I go for a run. But for some reason, I don't feel the same way about using a indoor bike.

I have a love/hate relationship with my treadmill. Lots of miles on mine downstairs. I trained for a half marathon on one at the gym. I found that it’s not so hard on your knees and joints, and keeping the same speed helped me train better. I don’t feel safe running outside. My friend would run everywhere in the dark, in the woods, just very unsafe and she was so naive about it.

Today we go to Sunday dinner at Mom’s. Chicken and dumplings with carrot and apple salad...again...my son’s favorite and she caters to him. Dad and I don’t care if we ever eat it again... But it’s all about my son with my Mom. And I wrap all of her gifts today.

I have liked all my simple fruit/yogurt mixes so I’m going with 30ml using INW Black Currant and FW Mango/Guava for the fruit.

For the one with cookie I’m going with 15ml and the fruits will be Huckleberry and Bilberry.

So it's cookie and yogurt? Or just cookie with the fruits?
Trying cookie in a fruit/yogurt mix. Not sure how I’ll like it so going with 15ml. My bottles are labeled and my cases are out. Time to mix

    Caught up! For now. Sorta.

I feel... vomoutous. I used to have a cast iron stomach, I don't know what happened. I think it's all the sleep changes.

@FranC indeed, I worked yesterday from 3:30 to midnight. It was pretty vile, but survivable compared to the FIRST shift.

I signed up for those suckers (my work friend who is also new did too) because at the time we were like, "Whelp, at least it is better to PICK your poison than be Elected." It was still horrible and I don't feel well. I might take tomorrow off, IDK. Probably not.

I gotta get more coffee and wake up enough to like, wash this henna out of my hair. I shoved it on there last night because it was just looking dreadful, and well, it was just a good idea. It's horrible and itching but I didn't get to bed until 2 am last night.

I did like, bring my extra yoga mat in for practice but it was just... things got crazy real fast.

One more shift and then I am never volunteering to do it again.

Once I feel less ill, I shall address the hair situation. I am hoping another cup of coffee will help. Bleugh.

I hate working in ERs extremely. To be fair I have only really done it at night. Etc.

I wrapped the few presents I got for my wife so far. I have been waiting for my youngest daughter to come home since we usually shop for her together.

I added some succulent strawberry to 10ml of the cheesecake base that is fully steeped.

When my sisters and I left home we moved to the 4 corners of the states. Any time we came home to visit, my Mom would fix our favorite meal. Mine was chicken and noodles. All of it made from scratch. Every now and then I will make it myself, I just can't make the noodles. I use Reames frozen noodles are the closest I can find that are like Moms.
I have nothing planned for today, which is a good thing because I woke up to find a couple of inches of snow. My jeep can handle it but I don't trust the other drivers on the road. I will continue to do my searching for a design of cat tree I like so I can make one for my kitten.
Yesterday I made a big batch of a cream ejuice I like. I have it in a dark bottle on a shelf in my vanity for some steeping. I figure I can't go wrong if I like it as a shake and vape. I have some in a smaller bottle I can use as a tester as it matures.
I hope everyone has a great day. Stay safe and well.

I was going to suggest that you don’t work that late shift if it makes you ill. Also, just wondering if it’s necessary to work weekends?
