BTW: As for having lunch on Los Olas, it's closer to where I live (only a few blocks) and I personally enjoy going to the cafes/eateries there every so often, especially with friends . . .

In the early 90's to about 2002 I knew just about every restaurant in the area. I was a baker for a sour dough bread company and we supplied most of the artisan breads to all the restaurants. Talk about fun times. I'm sure most of those places are long gone-- Mezzanote, Mango's, Vinos, The Floridian... The good ole days.

Just leave out the rum flavor... it's basically just pineapple and coconut (maybe add a little cream too) That other fancy fruit you mentioned (forgot the name already... it's late) add that too.

I wasn't too impressed with Cap Golden Pineapple. I've only tried it in a couple recipes, but it didn't hit the spot. But it might be better in a bakery than the tropical mixes I was trying it in.

I have not, but I really want to try it. The reviews I have read seem to really be positive. I get the feeling that the lemon flavor isn't too overpowering.

I just got it, I think I'm going to try it as a sft(one shot) at 6%.
