    Somewhere between here and there
I want to mix a raspberry mint.
    Cool Mint-cap-.5%
    Candy Cane-fw-1.5%
    Raspberry wg-inw-7%
I'm not sure if the raspberry percent is right, any and all help is appreciated.

I've never tried the INW that high. Normally I would do 2-3% each of two different raspberry flavors if I wanted a raspberry forward mix.

Your post reminded me that I never got to mix the candy cane cheesecake recipe that was floating around here. I didn't have the candy cane and added it to an order I placed with Chef's about a month ago and still haven't received my order.

I generally use the raspberry at 2% or less.

    :D

Haha, thanks JC.... I think I got it backwards. I'm supposed to move to Florida at this age, not move away from it.

What triggered that ruling? I don't know much about commercial fishing but have to think like you said that it's going to hurt the entire economy there.
I believe its origins are wealthy sport fishermen that lobbied against commercial fishing, and came up with the arbitrary no October and depth of 80 ft. It's always been a battle between "sportys" and commercial fishermen, but we've always had a good relationship with them, always have our nets marked well. I believe it's one or two commercial guys who the sportys have problems with, and then as a result everyone gets punished. You're right about the economy, so many are affected.. and even the harbor we dock at 90% of the time. They rely on our fuel purchases for their revenue, and then there's fuel taxes. There's a legal battle ensuing over this, but it could take a very long time to be resolved, one way or the other. So if you're a sport fisherman, go drill a hole in your hull

Michigan lawmaker pencil pushers should all go jump off a cliff. They are effectively destroying my and every state fisherman's livelihood.. and their families, and the processors, shippers and their workers and their families. I was working on a career change, but now this is really going to accelerate that. Can't fish October.. there goes half or more of my yearly earnings. Can't fish 80 ft or deeper.. well there goes the other half. We only fish 80 ft or less in.. wait for it.. October.
    Ugh sorry /rant
I have a fever, so my brain is a bit foggier than usual.... but, you can only fish in the month you can’t fish in????

The entire season (now currently December-September) we will only be able to fish 80 ft or less, but in October is the time when the fish are that shallow. So basically these rules ruin us in being a viable fishery. Fishing 80 ft or less the rest of the time, we are going to catch nothing. We count on getting most of our quota from just one month, October, and now we can't.

I was reading some similar rants last week from fishermen in Scotland. They have a lot of problems coming from Brexit. There are loads of small coastal villages that are completely dependent on fishing.

Ruining a viable fishery crushes the state income from the product. There’s always a dance down here between commercial and recreational fishermen (especially with red snapper), but the state produces @ 2 billion $ of fish/seafood a year. And, we’re not putting out near what Alaska does. It just seems like they’re shooting themselves in the foot just to pacify some rich rec guys. Or, they expect it to get overturned in court so they can tell them, well... we tried. Makes no sense to me

I have a great grandson less than a year old with Trisomy 22. His Mom is the youngest Dd of this house. (She doesn’t live here). Anyway, they are both getting tested today.
Prayers for a negative test and health
