We have a bunch of nesting Peregrine falcons in Milwaukee. I love watching them circling overhead looking for prey. Saw one snag a rabbit last summer in my yard. I love birds of prey.

Since starting DIY though I almost always put some kind of custard flavor in every mix. Lately, I've taken a real liking to legendary custard MOL... at around .75% I think it's gives a mixe a very nice pudding quality.

So far I've been impressed with the WF flavors I have tried. They have some interesting flavors.

I'll be sure to report back once I try them. I got some of the usual flavors, like vanilla cream, Bavarian cream, croissant, etc. But I also got some less common ones, like starfruit, butter pecan pie, and oat & cream cookie.
Mine was captive bred around 40 years ago. He’s a snappy, dancing mess (aka grumpy ol man). I agree on custards. Nothing creamy, milky, custardy for a long time. Fruits only, or mints. Fran et al drug me to the dark side by getting me to try cheesecake. Now fruits are accents. I rarely make a not dairy or bakery recipe now
