I can't imagine the inventory bloat that would be required for one vendor to carry every brand. The overhead would be huge and therefore the prices inflated.

Of course, it is impossible but it is a nice dream. :) Gross margin and bottom line are everything.

Just got an email from BCF. The Brie is on order. They hope to restock in a couple weeks.
That is going to be cutting it close for the Labor Day sale (assuming they have one).
I suppose the effort to carry more flavors results in smaller amounts of certain flavors and running out of stock more often.
I spent 15 years working for home Depot. And, a lot of that, was inventory management. The demands they placed on their suppliers/manufacturers is truly remarkable. Minimal order sizes, guaranteed shipping times, and order fulfillment guarantess, to mention just a few. Combine the vendor commitments, with computerized inventory control, and digital order placement; and it really becomes a science all its own.:D

Im familiar with that to. Most run on a AS400 system and orders are automatically triggered as parts are scanned out at the register. When they get to a certain point it triggers an order. Means you have crap coming in all the time.

I'm not real concerned about whether they have the Brie by Labor Day or not. I'm not going to run out any time real soon. It was just something I thought of putting on my wishlist for a back-up bottle.

    Any plans today folks?

I have pitiful little on the vaping agenda. I'm going to try to get to the rest of my older testers. There aren't many left to try. Just 3-4 I think. I still have several mixes out to try and hope to get to a couple of those. I really want to try the new Gin mixes but trying to give them a week but IDK. Have to get back to the Stixx but not expecting much there. Nothing to mix,not even a vague idea ............

Not mixing or eciggy. Work would be nice to fit in and get some diamonds set while my fingers aren't hurting (a good side effect that's lingering beyond the hangover this time).

Princess #3 left with my car to go stay with princess #1 and my new granddaughter (to help out). She got in her jeep this morning, had a flat tire, dead battery and once she got it jumped, a screeching a/c belt :(. Jeep is at our mechanic, so I’m carless until he fixes it or baby girl comes home with my car. I now have no excuse not to organize the new flavors and mix a few things. Still haven’t mixed the cheesecake base. I can’t put it off longer, as I’m about out of cheesecake :shock::shock:, which of course is soooo not a snv.

Watermelon Salad, the one with 2% Jalapeno.
Now that's interesting. At first it tasted like too green of watermelon. Then perfume, some cantaloupe and pom. Maybe some throaty tingle from the jalapeno but it's definitely not hot (to me, I eat a lot of hot peppers).
I'm not sure if the flavors haven't married or if this is the type of bouncing between flavors I was looking for.

The screwed up Melon Salad with the kid in the candy store designing the recipe wanting to try all the cantaloupes, it tastes like ... cantaloupes. The Jalapeno at 1% was not tickling the throat.

@IDJoel on one of these watermelons where I used wintergreen I think it helps the green watermelon on the exhale.

Honeysuckle Cream needs the vanilla toned down. It's good but I'm not that big of a fan of vanilla.
Honeysuckle Custard needs more custard like I suspected. Although I imagine that is closer to the balance it should have.

Sex on the Beach needs toned down and other flavors brought up. I'll have to look up the drink but there's something obnoxious in there to my tastes. Cherry might go good in it. And orange or pineapple.

Root Beer Float is a good A&W rootbeer, not sure about the float though. With the regular rootbeer I added anise. This could be a stand alone. I could expand this to 15ml which is how I usually mix flavors like this but the tester is already 10ml.

Tried some forest berry with cream awhile back after a week steep. Didn't like it. Not a fan of forest berry by (fa) . Shame I read it was a very good solo flavor.

I’ve only used Forest Berry in a mix with other recipes to fill out the berry flavors. Tbh I haven’t even vaped it solo. What kind of cream did you use?

I use 120ml amber glass Boston rounds with poly cone cap for storage.
Strange that you should say that @Letitia , as (it seems) those are exactly the type that I had already purchased a while back... Then, I thought better of it and decided to hold off buying any more until I was more informed/ready... I was on the right track back then and didn't even know it. Let the bottle labeling commence!

(So, how long does it take 100mg VG nicotine to defrost? :) )

Not too long as it doesn't actually freeze. I usually take a bottle out the night before or early morning. Once I take a bottle out I keep it in the fridge and from the fridge I am comfortable opening the cap in an hour or two. If I don't have the air on I will leave it a couple hours at least to avoid condensation inside the bottle. I use pg base though so ymmv.
