I've been trying to figure out how long my nicotine will last me, but I really dont have a good estimate on how much juice I use in a day. Starting tomorrow morning, I'm going to keep track of how many times I refill my tanks. I'm considering dropping my nicotine level from 10mg/ml to 8mg/ml. That will buy me a few extra years on my stash.

I took a leap of faith and ordered from AVAIL just now. Crazy deals and I was able to buy my voopoo vinci pods and a ton of nautilus coils. I used a first time coupon they sent. Yikes! The prices are great. I just hope they deliver!

I have ordered from Avail a few times with no issues :)

Since you all are talking about DIY mixers, do you all have a favorite person to follow for recipes online?
Nope, no favorite. I follow several on the web. At ELR I follow a bunch of people mainly to see how they are using their flavors and to get ideas on the %'s they use. I use ELR mostly for research and occasionally participate in their forum.

Yup, I’m done. Nothing else I have to have or want to have. Just one flavor order that isn’t ready yet. Just want to make sure I have back ups of my fav flavors.

I just looked her up on ELR. She has quite a few recipes on there. Thanks for sharing.
Look in Zazie's Blog. There are 2 PDF's there with all of SB's recipes from ELR and her FLV notes. I posted those a while back and asked Zaz if she would put them in her blog. SB moved on from ELR some time ago. Besides her FB page she posts over at VU.

So there is "one final" order . . . :img:
However - It seems with DIY no one is ever done . . . Just Sayin'. . .

    Thank you :)
Yea, I have been to my doctor. The steroids have really helped. Due to all of the symptoms I had my doctor did blood work. I am waiting on blood work results, and they should get it tomorrow. I think I am having a combination of stress, sinus issues, dehydrated, and allergic reaction. I just hope I haven’t developed an allergy to pg or Vg... :( i cannot wait to be better :) I keep reaching for my vape! Lol
I hope you feel better soon. :)

I rarely copy a recipe directly from ELR. Often it is just to get ideas. What flavors might work with others, percentages, things like that. Plus, I'm often missing a flavor or two from most recipes I look at anyway.

We had out St Patrick's Day dinner tonight (early) Basic corned beef, potatoes and cabbage (and carrots)
Mom made this strange "dip sauce" for the meat (yogurt, honey mustard and horseradish) Sounded odd to me. She tried one bite and said "yea... that didn't work" I had some on my potatoes and it was OK.
    But how was the cake?

I know you have used it quite a bit. I wonder if I used too much. It has a slight medicinal taste to it.
If it was my recipe...I would do a test mix without the SSA Raspberry Syrup.

Tahiti Vanilla's are usually a fruity, floral flavor with notes of cherry and almond. Some people get "medicinal" from it. I don't have WF SC TVC but do have FA Tahiti Vanilla (like it). Perhaps try lowering TVC to 0.5-1%.

If you have another cream or vanilla, maybe try those instead. FA Madagascar Vanilla 1.5-2% would work in your recipe. So would FLV Cream 0.5-0.75%.

    Good luck.

So sorry to hear this has been going on. Have you been to your doctor?

About 4 years ago I had a severe allergic reaction after getting my beard dyed. It took about 3 months for the side effects to subside and I suffered badly. When I told my doctor about it she asked why I didn't come in and tell her about it. She said I suffered needlessly because she could have treated it.

I hope you feel better soon.
    Happy belated 7th, Skeebo!

I have Shisha Vanilla, WF Vanilla Cream Extra, CAP French Vanilla, and Vanilla Swirl. I don't have the ones you mentioned.
