Got results back. My liver and kidney function is “fantastic” (the doctors words) , red and white blood cells are normal, thyroid is good...my doctor said my blood work is good. I got a copy and i noticed my iron said low. When I looked up Low iron it is all of my symptoms. My husband is picking me up some iron pills and vitamins.
I really hope it is something that simple :)
This vertigo and dizziness is driving me crazy! Lol
I’m glad you got an answer! Hoping you feel better soon
Google iron rich fruits and vegetables too. One of my kiddos has always run low iron. She usually can keep it in check just with those.

Dd has low iron. Iron pills and iron food doesn't cut it. She has to go to the hospital for an IV usually twice a year . They have found a better iron for her so she goes 1 day every 3 weeks instead of 8 weeks.

That’s rough :(. Mine mostly outgrew the worst of it. It rears its ugly head every so often and she has to take supplemental. After the baby was tough.

    I average about 22 mls a day.
The vapocalypse calculator says at your current rate of consumption and mg, one liter of 100 mg/ml nicotine will last you 6.23 years. I bought extra in case I drop something or I raise my nic. I think people here have bought similar amounts. I know @hittman is close to that amount.

Okay, I know there are some who don't like the fried liver and onions but it is a favorite of mine.

Do you folks generally buy PG or VG based nic? I've only ever purchased PG Nic.

VG, something about what Kurt said a long time ago sharing his experience with long term storage. I have purchased it in PG before but had a bad experience

I have 3 liters of nic stored, per your calculations that will last until I'm 93.
    I think I'm ok.
To be honest I believe the nic will out last me.

I need ideas for a simple recipe to try a flavor. The flavor is FW Creamy Sponge Cake.
INW Vanilla Cream is really good with sponge cake (any cake actually). Add a favorite fruit or two and you're off. FLV cream is also good w/sponge cake. ;)

As soon as I get a chance to watch a video. I can't read their user manuals. The print it so tiny. It has some strange attachments/rings.

Can't find the Innokin Kroma Z User Manual online like I have found others previously, however I did find these Videos:

One of the best Video Reviewers:

Then there is this detailed instructional video:

    Then there is Phil's:

Hope the information is helpful for "You" and others . . .
