Random DIY mixing and More

Just washed 15 bottles...and all the dishes/laundry. I’m trying to get a handle on all this vape stuff. Next time I go to the thrift store I’m looking for another bookshelf for the basement so I can organize better. Spread out my flavors and vg and bottles and other stuff. So.much.stuff. I’ve got a good handle on my gear in my cabinet, but the other DIY stuff needs some help.

I rarely check shipping status, but I know that the package showed a shipping date of March 9th. Mine was just some various inserts for the Dvarw and some prebuilt claptons.

Not juice related, but DIY. I ordered some supplies and a starter kit, and very excited to be soon brewing my own Jun tea. It's nearly identical to Kombucha, but it's made with green tea and honey vs black tea and sugar. It's called the "Champagne" of Kombuchas. I've brewed kombucha in the past, so this really shouldn't be much different.

Nice, my wife loves Kombucha. I tried it, once.

Just mentioned this in another thread concerning FT:

I placed an order on March 1st and as of yesterday finally got email notice package was "Shipped via United States Express ePacket" . . . AND - Today, Tracking shows:

Label Created, not yet in system
A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon. ​

SO - We'll see . . . Just Sayin' . . . ​

Also - Wondering how long that boat from China will take (or will it finally be a Plane) and what will happen when the package gets to the States and goes through US Customs & to USPS . . . Should be interesting . . . Placed in Mail Box - Require signature and have to go to PO to pick up (mail person refuses to bring packages to apt if it doesn't fit into mailbox) . . . YES - We'll See . . .

Did anyone hear about Flavorah's new flavors? I can't find the list now but the one that popped my curiosity was RY4.

P.S. The flavors are not available yet. I just read that they sent them out to testers.

I’ve never seen anyone use FLC. As far as I know, flc is just FA rebranded by chefs.

I bet that mixer Nevans does. I get email alerts when he comes up with a new recipe. It always has a bunch of flavors I never have or heard of even.

Example:
Nevan's Apple Twist
Fresh Apple (Johnny Appleseed) .35%
Pie Crust (Martha Stewart) 2.15%
Meringue (Celia Cruz) .875%
Chocolate (Pimp) .3327%

I finally stopped looking them up. Some guy on Facebook asked him once if the flavor manufacturers line his pocket.

Well @hittman, I just mixed up a batch of your Pom Pudding. I did only use 3% Pudding Base instead of 4.

Of course. I never tried his recipes because of the different flavor vendors. I usually just look at the profile of flavor and then what % most are mixing at. I go lower than that because I mix 50/50 usually.

P.S. They usually don't say anything negative about the flavor vendor they are pimping. I usually and only listen to actual diy vapors (like this thread) for real world assessment.

I don’t know if they get paid but I’m sure the manufacturers give them free samples of flavors and ask them to use them in recipes. He comes up with some really off the wall flavors sometimes. I’ve noticed also when a company comes out with new ones then you’ll see a few recipes using those.

I know you vape some tobacco flavors. Have you tried either of the new FA tobacco flavors -- Resolve or Focus?

No I have not tried yet. I was finishing my Inwera tobacco absoulutes which I can no longer buy. I still have some but will miss it. I'm also trying to finish using up my hangsen tobacco flavors. I have most of the flavorah tobacco's. I only like a few so far. However, taste is still lacking so anything is good right now.
