I forget the names/spelling of the bad stuff. Some folks avoid the bad stuff and some don’t worry about the small amounts we use.
The other option is to read up on risk amounts, use an ingredient with 1ml in the recipe, and it has 0.5% slightly dangerous content, then it becomes microscopic.

Interesting though to see what others choose to do.
I was not aware of it until I saw the warning triangles lol

I don’t worry about it. Actually some of the best flavors have bad stuff.

When there is notice of the ingredient, what is important to avoid?

I try to avoid diketones (diacetyl, acetyl propionyl and acetoin) and sweeteners like sucralose, fructose and stevia. I also try to generally stay away from possible lung irritants like cinnamaldehyde, vanillin, eugenol (clove). Menthol and mints are also somewhat controversial, but I use them because I like them. ;)

Ain't that the truth. All the good things in life are either illegal, immoral, bad for you or fattening. ;)

Hello, Mixers. I'm so behind I'm not even trying to catch up.

I use whatever tastes good. I figure whatever bad stuff there is in it is minuscule and I’m still way better off than smoking.

Not to mention I only go through 3-4ml a day and most recipes I use are under 15% flavor. Some are under 10.

I got the dishes done. Then I put a new coil and wick in my rta and I’m vaping Serendipity from HHV which was always my fav. I haven’t had any since summer of 2015. It’s very satisfying. Since it’s a cousin of Gandalf/Legend with a longer extraction time, I can definitely taste the similarities with the “cherry” note. Very very good.

I may regret resurrecting this since it can no longer be shipped. However, I’m only 2.5 hours away from their store. I met them once with Dusty the moderator and had lunch. Heather left me a nice note and told me to come back and we could do lunch again. They are praying for a shipping solution in the future.

This is good! I doubt I could ever replicate this with DIY. I am going to vape it sporadically so I can try though.

Memoriiessss light the CORNERS of my mindddd.....

    :vapor:
I am only about 35 miles from HHV and would gladly make a trip down if enough people wanted some. Or even a few

Okay - Didn't expect this to be happening and it is quite disappointing - there is absolutely no excuse for this horrible customer service . . . After 15 emails back and forth, at first - they could not find my order yet they were already paid . . . Once I provide "CC Payment" info - it was miraculously "found" - I was promised my odrer would be shipped last Friday and they would send an email confirmation with tracking info. . . . Got nothing from them - so sent another email over the weekend & this morning and I still haven't heard back from Mist Hub customer service . . . NOPE - NA DA - NOTHING - NOT NICE ! ! ! :-x :censored: :-x

If I don't hear from them soon or or package doesn't arrive by this Friday - gonna call CC to have them do a charge back . . . Just Sayin' . . . :-x

    .

Sorry, Uncle. Mist Hub is a good vendor. Maybe they are just be swamped, like everyone else.

That said, I had to call my CC and dispute a charge for the first time in my vaping life. Zeecigs from Texas. I placed an order, waited 9 days, opened 3 tickets... Nada. CC gave me credit for that purchase, no questions asked. Well, they asked me what I bought, when I said "drip tips" there was a short silence on the other end followed by a question, "what is it and how do you spell it?"
