I have to disagree my good man, but to each their own. I do not love all cheese by any means, but I enjoy some of the un-American ones.

Recently had some of this, Butler's Blacksticks Blue Cheese. It's not a standard blue cheese -
Blacksticks Blue
It looks like a blue Cheddar. Does it taste like one?

Had to bring this up, especially on Easter with all the chocolate flying around.
Back around Valentine's Day my wife bought some Bella Vitano cheese dipped in chocolate. I loved it. There were two kinds, the cheese comes in different "flavors", Merlot and Chardonnay. The cheese itself is similar to a parmesan in flavor, kind of sharp, not quite as hard, aged.
I encourage anyone to try this, it sounds pretty strange but was a great food experience for me.
I can’t find this cheese. Do you have a link? I can find the Merlot cheese but not dipped in chocolate.

Actually got a free Sunday for the 1st time in weeks, so got my nic into their boston bottles, really like the box the empty bottles came in, have foam insert to hold the bottles, it is now being used to store the nic in the freezer, all my other nic in glass bottles, each wrapped in paper towel, then in a zip lock back, makes me nervous one will get broken, no chance with this box, which is good, as will be years before I use it

Also got 4 mixes done, got the gingerbread ice cream sandwich recommend @hittman , also a banana pudding, creme brulee and a extreme vanilla milkshake, good to get some mixing done :)
Love that box! I use the ones my bottles come in but they have cardboard separators. Very handy. Do you have the recipe for the extreme vanilla milkshake? That sounds so good.

Yeah, I have a feeling if I bought one, it would be used much more often than that. I almost bought one when the lockdowns first happened, but decided against it.

    Love that box! I use the ones my bottles come in but they have cardboard separators. Very handy. Do you have the recipe for the extreme vanilla milkshake? That sounds so good.

    The vanilla milkshake came from river supply, I just added 'vanilla overload' to make it 'extreme', just a test to see what think and then maybe tweak and add other flavors to it.

    I like a bunch of different cheese types, but just never have been able to stand Swiss. That Blackstick stuff looks pretty interesting.

    A bit like a blue cheddar, yes. More roquefort blue than cheddar though. It was also firmer than most blues, and had an aged feel to it. Very pungent stuff, but if you like blue cheese and especially roquefort you might like Blacksticks.

    It's made by Sartori. I tried looking it up but then remembered it was packaged by Kroger's Grocery Store, they probably put the chocolate on it. It was cut into a heart shape as well for Valentine's Day.
    You can buy the cheese by itself however, and they are all good, and available many places. Flavored rind that you eat. Espresso Bella Vitano was surprisingly good.

    Going to do three sft's tonight and wonder if anyone can give me some pointers on starting %. I'd like them to be on the stronger side for solo mixing, even though these will probably not be solo flavors. I'll taste them better that way (hopefully lol).
