Definitely the smart thing to do would be to pay the house off and stay there as long as possible. My plan is to get the house paid off and max out my 401k contribution until I retire. I've got a good start but would like to add as much as possible so we can do whatever we want to within reason after I retire. Also, if/when we have grandkids then I'd like to put some money in a trust for them.
Sounds like a great plan to me

I've thought also about like a no maintenance condo or something. I'm not old enough yet to think about retiring to the beach although my wife would love it.
I’m not there yet either as I still take care of my son and help my parents. Helping my parents is ramping up as they just can’t do as much as they used to.

Once my son is gone I’m retiring. Depending on my parents remaining years, I will have no reason to have this much space or stick around here.

All that would change if I just got a retaining wall. I do love it here.

I did everything but blow the grass clippings but it was thundering and as soon as I came inside it started pouring rain. Perfect timing as it will wash away the grass clippings.

I’m not doing much more today as far as work goes. Time for a bath and mixing! Or a nap!

At this time I’m glad I never had a desire for a second Sensis. It was dead again and took several raps on the bottom to turn on again.
I just couldn’t convince myself to like it. It’s an “ok” vape, but nothing mind blowing, or even above average. I didn’t want to waste my sceptre coils on it, so it’s in the drawer. I’m glad I didn’t invest more into based, based on your experience.

I ended up with three of them. One I bought, one from the review, and I won one. I haven't even used the one I won and the other two are seeing almost no use. I cleaned one tank out so there isn't even a tank on one of them and I'll probably pack it up this weekend. I'm slowly going to finish the tank on the last one and probably put it away too eventually. I have a few packs of different coils for it and still have ten packs of the .5 coils that I bought for the sceptre that I'm not using either.

Hearing from you two I’m glad I’m not the only one unimpressed with the Sensis. It took just one rap the first time it quit on me. This time it took several raps. Wouldn’t be surprised if next time it fails altogether.

Sounds like a loose battery connection inside. I would contact innokin and have it replaced.

The wall would definitely add value to the house if you ever plan to sell. Plus the longer you wait the more expensive the wall becomes cause prices always go up......

I may get a quote. Not sure if you can put a retaining wall over water lines and underground utilities. Lots of other things to consider too. Believe me, I’ve stayed up at night thinking about solutions for 19 years.

I think my grass already grew a few inches after today’s massive rain. We even had small hail. More coming later.

I went straight out after work and mowed. It was super tall and quite the pain in the ..... I’m going to go eat dinner now. I have a mix I started last week that I want to sample to see if I’m headed in the right direction.

I found an old bottle of blueberry cookie V7 I had mixed and never really got the recipe where I wanted it. Well I’ve gotten a lot of new flavors since I attempted that so thought I’d try again with different flavors. I started this time with sugar cookie, Flv cookie and the ssa blueberry I liked.

I made this tonight. I need to vape the old flavor out of my wick before I know if it’s any good. It smells good. This is the first time I’ve ever used marzipan. And I never mix this low at 6.5%. We’ll see.

    TOC'S Sweet Almond Milk

    0.25% Acetyl Pyrazine 5% (TPA)
1.00% Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) (FA)
    3.00% Marzipan (FA)
    1.00% Meringue (FA)
    0.25% Vanilla Bourbon (Vaniglia) (FA)
    1.00% Vienna Cream (FA)

    Flavor total: 6.5%
