Just reading this makes me want an ice cold glass of lemonade. Missouri is no stranger to heat and humidity, but it's too early to think about.

I don’t know about that. It’s hot and feels humid here today. I just came in from cutting the bush stump out.

Do the protectors have a felt like cloth on the bottom. Those are the ones you want for a bare floor. But I agree I would use a towel first.

    :)

\\nm just saw your post....from amazon smile.......
A towel was the first idea that came to mind but going to try the protectors first.

I honestly think the market is just over saturated. Meg is the most responsible 23 year old I know. She drives a 2021 Subaru SUV that she had no problem buying. She has rented some in the past and she has an excellent job. She has fought tooth and nail to get Dallas the best possible health care and she did. The Dr in delivery said he wouldn’t survive birth.
Over saturation seems like the best reason to me, especially when no one returned phone calls. They probably just don't call people back when they have already rented their property.
It does sound like she has found a good landlord tho, she should take it. It may be small but things have a way of working out most times.

    Fingers crossed for her.

    :)

Any of you folks ever bought cotton of Amazon? I have a good amount of Rayon, but am running a bit low on cotton. I found this, and it looks somewhat promising.

I have both of these and the Muji pad's too. The Japanese Silver cotton you linked to (and cotton bacon) I like a lot more than the cotton pads because I found you really need to peel off the more dense fibrous top and bottom layers from the pads for use/best wicking. If you go with the pads the ones @Butch linked I prefer over Muji pads due to a fluffier/thicker center allowing more usable cotton.

I like to do that (in fact trying 10 new flavors this weekend... 4 day steep) Sure, it won't be the same as with a good steep but that's OK. It lets you follow the progression during steeping and learn how it changes along the way.
I always try new flavors and mixes off the shake. Then try them once a week or so to see, and document, how they change and develop.

Sometimes I prefer a mix after a very short steep. Other times a longer steep.

There is no right or wrong way to do it.

We're all different. Do whatever floats your boat Mate. :D

DO NOT TRY JACK DANIELS, JOSE QUERVO, CAPTIAN MORGAN, AND SHINER BOCK BEER ................THE HANGOVER IS A KILLER ............
That's why I don't drink booze anymore... just beer (besides, others here can tell you by my drunk posts in the past why I had to cool it) Hey... Bock beer is named after a goat because it has "kick". Dopplebock (I love it) means "double kick" ;)

It is a good price for "13 feets" of cotton.
Whats wrong with "13 feets" of cotton? :D

I have a huge supply of different cottons from my buddy Butch the Cottonman. He's a real cotton farmer down in North Carolina. Been buying his cotton for many years. I also have enough Tidi rayon balls to last me at least 4 lifetimes, maybe more.
