Speaking of homes, there is one for sale in my neighborhood. It is up for sale over $50K than what it sold for in 2019. And when we all moved in they were just over $100k and it’s contingent for $236K! Unbelievable. It was contingent within days. Now is the time to sell. I’m so tempted. But then you have to buy something else and it’s definitely not a buyer’s market.
The house we just moved into sold for 270 a bit over a year ago. My kids had to pay 400k for it with it needing repairs. The flippers didn't do a good job. It was actually assessed for more than 400k when they bought it. The Clarksville market is on fire.

Most of what little money I have came from real estate. I bought one house for 127k, sold it 5 years later for 394k.

Real estate can be profitable. My real estate agent told me some people buy houses like they buy cars like every three years. Not me and my family. I grow roots and it’s hard for me to move. My Mom thinks it’s because we moved every 6 months to a year in the Navy growing up never calling anything home for very long. Once we became adults we bought and stayed put. I think our neighborhood is so popular because they built a new high school less than a mile away from here.

ok not vape related but....gotta love when what you order and what you receive are not the same thing

Apparently Walmart is putting me on a diet
I’m not sure if this was supposed to be my 32oz bag of hash browns that I ordered or my 25oz bag of turkey sausage patties that I ordered
of which neither I received but instead got 6 bags of broccoli
    184248146_10159147734970970_47623902684018117_n.jpg

I had to call walmart because my order was all messed up and then what the heck am I supposed to do with the broccoli
the guy on the phone was like you can keep it, eat it, or throw it away
    I'm all: I don't think I can eat 6 bags of broccoli
the dude lost it, he could not stop laughing the rest of the conversation
Imagine how the person who was supposed to receive the 6 bags of broccoli felt when they got your 32oz bag of hash browns and 25oz bag of turkey sausage patties.

It was probably a vegetarian. :D

We have the following in my area: Lowe's & Home Depot, Harbor Freight & Ace Hardware, and a Tractor Supply for more farm related stuff (machinery, parts, pipe gates, fencing, hay, feed, etc.), work clothing & boots, and more. I like and shop at all of those. But, Rural King is by far my favorite somewhat similar store - "live critters", Stihl equipment, farm & ranch supplies, animal feed, meds, guns & ammo, fencing, western wear, old-fashioned candies (in a huge variety), hard to find regional or state specific soft drinks, and....their free bag of freshly popped popcorn you get as you walk in the door! Was just there yesterday!

Has anyone had WF Cannoli take over a mix? I’ve mixed with it a fair bit and never really noticed it before. My recipe has cannoli at 2%, chocolate, cheese and cream. The first couple vapes were nice creamy chocolaty and then it was gone.

next to rural kings, dollar stores are a nightmare, and party supply stores....
and of course because I'm good at what I do, I got sent to them often!!!!!
I'd seriously rather do greeting cards and pharmacies than rural kings...which are tedious and repetitive and they want you to do them in a specific order and bla bla bla bla...no one wants to do greeting cards and pharmacies but I would take them in a heart beat over a rural king any day!
that was always the joke with a group of us when we got stuck at a crappy store doing an audit, well at least it's not a rural king!

[edit] yeah pharamcies are fun because you can't really take the pills out of the bottles to count them so you gotta guesstimate and remember which bottles you count in wholes or halves and which bottles you count in tenths and bla bla bla

My neighbor next door got 255k for his last August. I don’t know what he paid for it new but it’s a little smaller than ours and ours was 141 new 20 years ago. The sad thing is with what you pay in interest over the years you’re really lucky to break even actually.

Same here. A few years after we bought they built a new school close by and a bunch of high end houses near the school.

@classwife How are you liking the FLV Lemon Tea?

I am still liking it, but...here's my thoughts on it...
Makes less and use it up fresh.
Haven't finished up the 50ml bottle I mixed, and I think it tasted much better mixed up fresh.
It just, I don't know...'popped' when fresh and has sort of toned down and not exciting now. The lemon kind of pooped out/smoothed out. Like cold tea vs room temp tea.

Makes sense to me. Glad I mixed just 15 ml. Thanks :)

yeah that works until you get some bleepity bleep bleep that follows you around from thread to thread just to post idiotic stuff trying to get you to engage with them because they got no life and nothing better to do
Luckily for me, I don't tend to inspire that kind of obsession.

Luckily no one has done that to me. I must not be cool enough to have an internet stalker.

But then again, I can be pretty oblivious to things. So maybe I do have a stalker and don't even know it.
    You and me both, kid.

Owing interest on mortgages and credit cards used to let us break even by being able to deduct them on our taxes. Not anymore. So at least I pay my credit cards off each month so I consider that free use of my money while its earning its 1 cent sitting in my accounts. lol

That's good to know. I have it but have not used it yet.

I had a similar experience with SSA Waffle. Used it at 0.75% and totally took over my mix. I dumped it. I will try it again at a lower %.
